It's meant to show off my work, explain what I'm about and give people some contact methods. It seems to be serving its purpose fairly well. I'll probably end up redesigning it eventually.

Ah, sorry, looked a bit similar

I wouldn't call your site very usable through. There's no dead zone between your "contact me buttons", and you can't click on "what I do" or "what I've done"

And I'd like to think people would want to see your work first before contacting you, not the other way around.

Thanks, but that does not come even close to what we are looking for. Budget is not an issue. Budget can be 10 BTC (~1200 usd current rate) if work is done good enough. This is for html / css only.
