In the next day PBmining signature campaign will re-open, try to subscribe to it, payment of PB mining for a full member/member/jr.member is the highest (for now).

It is a similar issue with everybody but i think the investors are trying to play safe too, what of if the price of BTC skyrocket overnight.
To get a signature campaign, kindly check my signature.

Thats something not likely to happen. The prices are actually half of what they were about a month back, and would unlikely be shooting back to 600 anytime soon.
When it come to the price of bitcoin, anything can happen. But i am also of the opinion that the price offered is too low.

search for coinpiler Signature champion its paying 0.06 BTc a month

To get 0.06 btc from Coinpiler, you need to be a full member and have made more than 300 posts (while OP has about 200 only now).

Many people are facing the same dilemma. But the campaign providers probably will complain they don't reduce the amount of bitcoin paying to you when the price is high. The rule is if you are happy, then accept it, otherwise you are out.
Thats the bitter truth. Most of them now accept only full members and beyond, and if members are accepted then prices are really low.

I mean, like, honestly...you're getting paid to do what you normally do. Least, for me. In some other forums I would average 200 posts a month. ('Twas pretty active lolol)

Why not look directly at the collection of signature campaigns going on? It's more efficient, as I think recruiters would choose people who post in their thread as opposed to those who request it without specifying only the profit. Just my opinion though, I could be wrong
