Use PayPal for buying bitcoin on its own platform.
And when you've got bitcoin on PayPal, withdraw it to an exchange like Binance where you can trade bitcoin for those altcoins that you have mentioned.
There's no risk that you'll bring to anyone and to yourself, that's an easy transaction for you from platform to platform.

Exactly. If you really really want to badly trade PayPal then you should checkout one of those defi platforms with debit/credit card support and just buy from there instead. Then you are not the one taking the risk, your credit card (and the company making it) taking the risk.

See the problem here is that you are not the one with a huge risk but rather the person selling coins or tokens to you. You are paying them using paypal whose transactions can be reversed while they send you coins or tokens whose transactions can not be reversed.
What is the guarantee that If you send me the funds, I send you my doge, you won't perform a paypal charge back fraud on me?
Anyone can get a random account of high reputation on ebay and claim that it's his. Why not just use p2p exchanges that can also act as escrow services too so nobody fucks up the other during the trade.

First of all I am new and I dont have reputations rate or trust in here since I have registered on this forum years ago but never active or dealt with crypts just came here to learn mining and how it works.
I have started to sell cryptos on ebay not long ago so I am looking to buy in here using my Paypal, I can provide my ebay link if this is OK and allowed in here.
I have Paypal and would like to exchange with cryptos, I am fully aware of paypal risk as some might ask paypal to charge back (Scammers) so I might need to build my reputaion first not only on this site but also dealing with a trusted member in here who is willing to send his Cryptos once payment are recieved.
My payment is now paypal but I can also use other service if you want but I can assure I am an old member on ebay and you can see my feedback I have never asked paypal to refund or never had issues with my buyers /sellers.
After all trust must be build before I expalin who I am, so if anyone willing to take the risk of paypal than I am ready to deal with him/her.
