Precisely what 99.9% of people who see this are going to think. Sorry, but the fact it's made with weebly is basically screaming that it's a scam. I'm going to go out and also say that this is most likely a scam.
I am inclined to agree also. Although I do not usually judge someone/something this quick, it is just way too shady in every respect, for me.
I am working on my crowdfunding idea now, and I bought a domain for it, why can't you OP?

First up, you're only trying to raise $25,000 AUD from it? It isn't that much. Secondly, using a site with a free weebly subdomain isn't a great impression. If you want $25,000 AUD in investments, but won't spend the $10 or so to get a domain...

Checked out the site. Looks like you're wanting to make an exchange. With the large number of exchanges already it'll have to be really good to make it's mark. What are you planning to do to be able to grab your share of the market?
