Can you salvage any of the lost data though? No backups of the disks at all?

Apparently a pair of SSD died of old age, and/or might be the RAID controller lost its marbles. I have personally seen more RAID arrays die because of the RAID controller (corrupting data, not reporting errors, etc.), than because of multiple disk failures, so that would not be surprising.

Don't know if some posts are missing or not, maybe users will report if they have something important missing. But nevertheless, it's good to be back, yesterday was boring and I actually missed bitcointalk.
