Both of them are good projects, and LLT pump a lot these two days, LRC is undervalued heavily, do they have an ANN in this forum, i cant find much info here

Seeing LRC and LLT on Binance. LRC seems to have a decent team (but no project so who knows) with NEO founder as an advisor. From what I can gather, it's comparative to 0x. I cannot figure out what LLT is about.
Can anyone who might understand what these coins are about enlighten me? Some of the material seems to be in Chinese and hard to access. The devs aren't active on their slack channels (yet?) either.
