No problem glad to help...

You sure you did not perhaps make a copy of the address anywhere or maybe still have it in another wallet where you can export the private key?

I've made use of single addresses before (luckily always kept backups) but stopped doing so since HD wallets came out and you only needed the seed. Best practice for me was to stop using anything other than what the wallet gave me. Now I know that all I'll ever need is the seed of the wallet to recover everything.

I've also stopped using multiple wallets now as that means multiple seed to keep safe. I now make use of the sub accounts in wallets if I want additional accounts. In that way all I need is still the one single seed to recover everything.

No.

All addresses in your wallet is derived from the seed. Any imported address is not derived from the seed so when restoring a wallet it will not be restored.
You will have to import the private key of that address again after restoring your wallet if you still want to make use of it. If you do not have a backup of the private key for that address then its lost i.e. you will not be able to make use of it.

Its important that you keep a backup of any single address you import into any wallet as the backup of that wallet will not include imported addresses.

Thanks so much for help RustyNomad you are appreciated so much.

Are any of those transactions for the address you are looking for?

If so then it must be under your list of addresses unless it was a single address you imported. If so, as another poster already noted, it will not be restored with the seed.
Yes there is that adress in transaction, but it isnt in my list, i think it was probably imported, so what do i do now? Is it not possible to recover this particular adress with seed and password?Sad  Cry Cry Cry Cry

Then the seed you used must have been wrong or from an earlier created wallet or similar. If the seed was correct it should give you the exact same addresses after restoring it.

I've restored many wallets on Electrum before and never had a problem before so not to sure what the problem in your case could be.
But it restored even some transaction history.

Just a quick question....

You say that the receiving address was not there?

Is it not perhaps hidden under the 'Used' label under your addresses?

When you receive an amount on an address and you spend that amount again the address is moved to under the 'Used' label.
Yes yes i looked under all labels, it was not there Sad(((((

Hello everyone
I had to reinstall the system so all files are lost, is it possible to recover wallet from seed + password i had so much bitcoin sent to receiving adress in that wallet. Im so sad now:( Thanks for listening.

no need to panic man, yes you can recover your wallet just from your seed indeed , simply install Electrum once again and choose "restore wallet" instead of "create new wallet" while installing it and it will ask you for the seed
I did that but it didnt recover old adresses.

if your imported private keys as far as I know , you won't be able to use the seed once again
but if you didn't touch anything (just created wallet , saved seed , tried to restore) everything should work just fine here https://electrum.orain.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions#Can_I_import_private_keys_from_other_Bitcoin_clients.3F
Code:
You will need to back up this wallet, because it cannot be recovered from seed.
I tried to restore, but when i looked in receiving adresses, my adress wasnt there, if i press on import private key, it asks for private key which i dont have(of that adress to which i should receive money from)
