On the contrary, using my custom GPU accelerated kernel for Neo wallet cracking, I am able to brute force 400 million passwords per second on a single GPU. Being a miner, I have access to a large amount of said GPUs. Thus exhausing every combination up inntil ~10 characters is easily within reason.
Your point is of course valid regarding long passwords, but any information about password semantics makes even longer passwords possible to breach.

Please help me

i can restore password for some reward.

Hello i will pay reward if you are able to brute my NEO wallet(not guy). Thanks in advance

Hi Blockrockmining,

I have a similar situation to yours: I have the .db3 wallet file generated from using the NEO-GUI wallet, but have lost the password to the wallet file.

Curious to know your progress in setting up to brute force recover the password to the wallet file. Did you get it to work? Did you use hashcat? What was the final command that you used? And the hash rate?

Thanks!!!

Well i doubt that you will able to recover your neo wallet password especially if your password in your neo is a very long one it will takes days or months to brute force on a single computer even with good processor and if you look around this forum posting forgotten password on their wallet.dat file problems they usually gave up because no one can able to help them brute forcing the wallet.

Hi, did you get anywhere with this?
I have a custom OpenCL kernel for cracking Neo-Gui-wallets. Send me your password hash and I can add it to my file, as it doesn't matter if I'm trying to crack 1 or 1000 passwords in 1 run.

Hello, I have lost my information on my antshares/NEO paper wallet. As if this wasnt stupid enough I realized that I have managed to forget/mistype my antshares core wallet password. The only thing that I have right now is my .db3 file and a list of possible passwords. I have seen people brute forcing into their own bitcoin wallets here and I was wondering if this was possible in my case.

The link below is the most comprehensive tutorial I found to help retrieve a wallet password. Would a similar approach work for me even if the file is not in .dat format? Any help would be much appreciated.

Also, I was wondering how would the new wallet described in the link below effect my situation.

I apologize for being such a noob, but i really need some advice here.
