Those are Windows GUIDs. They are not likely to be related to Bitcoin.
Isn't that blockchain.com wallet ID? I have wallet on there and its pretty similar with OP's listed. The format is same too 8-4-4-4-12(random word an number).If this right, how op can get this list?

It would not work maybe because I randomized the characters to protect the account.
I went to blockchain.info and in the search put the first line of numbers and it said "Oops! We couldn’t find what you are looking for."
Am I searching the right way? I didnt see wehre it says "Unknown Wallet ID" like you said.

You may be right, especially since this format is closer to Blockchain.info web wallet ID than windows GUIDS.If this right, how op can get this list?
Wallet ID is something like your username; anyone can know your username without an ability to accesses to your coins.
I do not know how @OP got it, but it is easy (someone hack/access email associated to that wallet).
