Lost bitcoins in a hack from bitcoin.com and bittrex.com. Can I get them back? I tried to contact both of these support channels/emails but they say they can't help me. Can anybody help me? I am ready to share some of the money after you get them back to me. I am ready to share the wallet address and transaction ids over chat.
I didn't hear about any hack of this two exchanges recently, so if anything was hacked it may be your personal account there or you sent them your login details with some phishing link.
You need to post more details and transaction, contact customer support of those exchanges, but I doubt anything could be returned to you.

Are you trying to say that your accounts at bitcoin.com and bittrex were compromised or stolen by someone? As what other users said before, there is no news that bitcoin.com and bittrex are hacked so I am sure someone stole your account. It can be done with some possible ways such as phishing or malware.

If it is the case, no one can help you even if you share your address or any other things related to your accounts. Sorry to hear this but there is no ways to get your bitcoin back if it was sent/withdrawn from your account to the hacker's address.

You should at least elaborate the situation because bitcoin.com and bittrex.com hadnt really that issue of hacking literally and just like what others presuming then you might be basically had been hacked

via exposed of log-in credentials and this could way more lot easier if you hadnt set out some 2fa and we know that crypto transactions arent reversible which means those funds are already lost.

Not to discourage you but better to move on rather than stressing out yourself on trying to make out recovery even those platforms you mentioned wont able to help you out.

If you were the one hacked and not the exchange then it is your responsibility and the exchange most likely does not have to cover your losses at all, if the amount of bitcoin you lost is big then this could merit to hire lawyers and try to bring your case to the police of your country, but I will recommend that you lower your expectations as it is very unlikely you will get your coins back, now if the amount of coins lost was small then most likely your only option is to see what went wrong and fix it before you lose even more money because of this hack you were victim of.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and no one can abort a confirmed transaction on the blockchain. Be careful with people who might PM you and tell you otherwise. They are lying and could be trying to scam you further or infect your computer.

the only support the websites can give is the IP address of who logging in and withdrew your balance.
Some exchanges show this information already in the user profiles or the settings for each account. OP can look and see if there is an activity log. If there is, it should show at what time the account was accessed and from what IP/location. Unfortunately, that wont help that much because you will have to get law enforcement involved and press charges against an unknown hacker.

this might be helpful if the person that hacked your device didnt use any proxy/vpn.
but most likely you will never be able to trace the hacker

Even if you share the transaction id's, we can't do anything about it, not even bitcoin.com or bittrex.com. These criminals are good at hiding their tracks so even if you follow it through blockchain, you will get lost along the way. I do hope that it's not that big amount you lost.

And let this be a lesson not just for you but for others to really secure their accounts on an exchange, or better yet, don't put all your bitcoins in an exchange. Better yet to put in a wallet wherein you have the private keys. Your machine might be compromised already, so better to re-format it, just to make sure.

How you lost the coins, it is not clear how you end up loosing your coins in two exchanges simultaneously must be the issue from your side, check your laptop for viruses and if that is the situation, the exchange might not compensate you if you have not enabled any security features especially 2 factor authentication, if you already enabled those security features then the chances of a hack are really low.

Damn, sorry for your loss.
This is the reason why we need to learn more about security measures first before we even have the idea of buying it.
Sure the volatility is high and you can profit fast but damn, if everything will be gone in a blink then I'd rather not jump every precautionary step that had been said in this forum and outside over and over again.
If it's phishing you will need someone that could trace your footsteps or just accept that it's gone. Good luck and learn from it.

I guess the hacking was due to your failure, not something by the companies in question - and if you fell victim to phishing, or kept your login data in an insecure way, then they are absolutely right when they say that they can't help you get your money back in any way.

You need to know that this is not a traditional banking system that will compensate you for the loss if they find that someone else accessed your account via a stolen card or something similar. In the case of cryptocurrencies, it is the user who has the greatest responsibility to protect their assets - and if you cannot prove the guilt of the other party, the chances of resolving the matter in your favor are minimal.

As far as I know there hasn't been a user-wide hack with both bitcoin.com and bittrex, so I'm going to assume your funds got lost through malware or the typical phishing.

Unfortunately, there's really nothing you can do right now. If you lost a huge sum of money, like huge huge where it's worth hiring lawyers and stuff, then do so. Your hacker might do something stupid like move the funds to a centralized exchange.
Did you use 2fa?
Did you have friends that make use of your device you use to access the exchanges often?
Are you making use of the internet and not care about the safety of your device like having antivirus and also visiting only legit sites?

Unfortunately, there's really nothing you can do right now. If you lost a huge sum of money, like huge huge where it's worth hiring lawyers and stuff, then do so. Your hacker might do something stupid like move the funds to a centralized exchange.
Lost of bitcoin on two exchanges at ones, this will likely be an hack like you first said or maybe someone he knows stole it by accessing his device used for the exchanges.
