Hello everyone and thanks for reading.

I have an account created in Mycelium. When I created it I made a backup copy and wrote down the 12 words.

A few days ago I put a few hundred euros. And I confirmed they were in my account. In green. For a week now. But I did not back up again.

Today I changed the PIN. And I wanted to make a backup. It told me that since the PIN had changed, I had to wait 2 days. (about 200 blocks, it said).

The fact is that I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I put the 12 words. And I get an account (mine) and it turns out that the account does not have a euro.

What happened? Impossible to backup the account for having changed the PIN and now I have lost everything? I have to wait for those 2 days that the app asked me? What are those 12 words for? Is it the lag we are experimenting these days???

Thank you!!!!!
First of all mycelium only stores bitcoins not something like euros. Secondly until you have that 12 word private key in your hand you can acess your wallet. Even if mycelium rejects to support it. Try starting from fresh by installing app and restoring your wallet. Follow these steps if you have a scanned qr of your private key as well as the newly changed PIN as changing PIN doesn't changes private key.
If you have the private key as QR and the password you can do the following:

1 hit menu -> offline wallet
2 select qr-code
3 scan private key.
4 mycelium should detect it as encrypted private key and ask for the password
5 enter password and wait for encryption (takes >1 minute on old phone)
6 transfer funds to another of your addresses you still control.
7 mycelium should warn you that it will not store the private key, so make sure to transfer the whole balance

Euros? You mean your funds are on a Coinapult Account on mycelium? If yes, This type of account is also covered by your seed so if you have that you will also have an access on these. Try adding a coinapult account again on mycelium and see if the funds showed up.

Coinapult accounts are handled by a third party so basically you are trusting your funds on them. If the problem persists you can submit a support ticket here: https://support.coinapult.com/support/tickets/new

Have you tried to recover your wallet inside another BIP39 compatible software? You can try Electrum in that case (make sure to check the BIP39 option).

As long as you have the right 12 word seed, your coins are safe! Did you previously add another account in your mycelium app?
If so, you have to add an account again to see your funds sent to this second account.
A change of your pin does not harm your backup in any kind. Your 12 word see basically is your backup. You don't have to do any further backups.
Do you see any transactions in your app? How much addresses does your account hold (Account-tab)?

Are you sure (and i mean 100% sure) you wrote your 12 word seed down right?
