and when I copied the code into the console it said this
Method not found (code -32601)
then your next try is to restart your bitcoin core with parameter    -zapwallettxes=1
hopefully it would show your balance back in your wallet and then you can create a new transaction
follow LoyceV instructions https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.27964396
if after this your tx still shows up, then you can try another way using another wallet
you can export your private key off bitcoin core and import it to another wallet (electrum)
then you should be able to create, sign and broadcast new tx using electrum
If you want to do the (somewhat) manual way, I can help you do it using coinb.in tool

Hi I took the advice and tried to abandon the transaction however this did not work I also tried increasing the transaction fee but they are both greyed out and when I copied the code into the console it said this
Method not found (code -32601)
Isn't there a miner or someone who can set the bitcoins free?
Thank you for all the replies you are really kind
Best regards Nick

I found out the site was not for my bitcoin wallet i have bitcoin core
Best regards Nick
you did say bitcoin core on your first post then posted multibit.org link, and I failed to digest the info  Cheesy
anyway, your tx dated 2018-01-06 and cannot be seen on other explorers now, dropped by network
so if it is still unavailable in your wallet, then try right click on the tx and choose abandon
if it is greyed out, then your next try is to restart your bitcoin core with parameter    -zapwallettxes=1
hopefully it would show your balance back in your wallet and then you can create a new transaction

Thank you so much so what do I do next?
proceed as you plan on your last post. you said you're going try the instruction from the site, right?
make sure when you create new transaction you set enough transaction fee this time.
based on bitcoinfees.earn.com and btc.com, your tx fee should be around ~500s/B

I found out that the transaction fee was perhaps too small and that the bitcoins didn't get relayed. I'm going to try and fix it tonight by following the website's instructions.
https://multibit.org/help/v0.5/help_resetBlockchain.html
this is your txid https://bitaps.com/e87d1e61deadbd3736e9494a7871e45c2fb8c42c88c4962eddd0df2026750f84
yes it's awfully low 1s/B tx fee, which is probably the reason it doesn't get propagated well

I double checked the account history either, the account was empty and there was no track of past transaction. I don't think there is any solution to that but it will be helpful thoguh if the OP could provide the transaction TXid.

EDIT : , TX id is Transaction Identifier and crypto world tx id is use as WU mtcn number. Check your wallet transaction history.

You have posted the link to a Bitcoin address, not the transaction ID. The address you have linked is empty and has no transaction history. If you look at your transaction list, right click the transaction and select "copy transaction ID".

As for contacting poloniex, he was replying to the other user, not yourself. Hence why he advised the other user to start their own thread to avoid confusion Wink

So I wanted to sell biotcoins and I did but my Bitcoin Core wallet kept giving me this error message that I had insufficient fund and that I had to make a change and it did automatically but about 0.00199 Bitcoin stayed in my wallet and I wanted to sell the whole amount then the transaction failed because a fraction stayed in my wallet. I checked the blockchain and the amount was never transferred but it's not in my account and they did not recieve them either. The site I sold them on was a legit site Bitonic. Please reply
I don't think I understand your post.
Post your TX hash so we can understand better.

please help me too...
i send bch to btc addres in poloniex...
can i refund my bch??

You should open your own thread and not hijack others'threads.
You'll have to contact Poloniex as they're the only ones that can help you because they own the private key to that address.
Whether they choose to help you or not is totally up to them.

The best way is to reach their customer support and ask whether if they have received or check all the hash transactions on your wallet on block chain
