Can you share the site of BTCC I would like to check the site if it's a scam or not.

Another way to check is to copy the address from Binance and paste it into any explorer; you should be able to see a list of transactions if the TXID is under the Binance address where you sent BTC.

If you can't find the TXID or you can find the amount you sent under the Binance address meaning BTCC never sent any BTC into Binance wallet.

The receiving platform Binance says it did not get them.
They are right.
According to walletexplorer, the address in question belongs to luno. com exchange.

What made you think the fund has been sent to binance?
You said that you entered a wrong address when requesting a withdrawal. You should know that where you got the wrong address from.

This problem really seems like a simple problem so I posted it here as kind of a learning exercise. Mabe I am niave in the ways of bicoin.
i MADE a mistake. I had a wallet on BTCC which BTC i wanted to send to another company (in Canada which I have done before). So I withdrew the BTC and filled out info but I put in wrong platform address to send it to. The receiving platform Binance says it did not get them.
The address it put in was 377UeUAEiGWmP958YzojwEfa6i9rxRcVbf    0.00991000BTC •$933.04  (.01 bitcoin minus fee)
The resultant TXID: 20e0dd6bf1e7b71f14d4e3160f8471090231a1340992e881c49609f6807184cb
The chat at BTCC says Since the funds have already left BTCC, we are unable to assist further.  Please contact the recipient platform's support team and providing them with the TXID. They will be able to investigate and credit the funds to your account on their platform. (Second problem is I can not have a account on Binance because I am in Canada and they no longer operate here.
Binance says that is not true and they did not get the funds
The TXID says FROM 1FKf2-bsYfe   To 2 Outputs

2 outputs one is mine  1FKf27x3kXK4hozS48EfxfGW7crR6bsYfe 0.47930542BTC•$45,127.20

I am knew to this, can we from this find out who really has my bit coin or do I need to dig deeper.
