Usually exchanges send you a mail and give a window for withdrawal of the tokens before they close up for good. If you didn't do that time try contacting via Twitter or customer care if it's still available .

Thank you for the advice, twitter is shut down and also customer care, but there may be other options so appreciate you sharing the advice  Smiley

It's been a year and obviously most of there staff and social media/email are already inactive now.  There website was already for sale so it means that you have zero chance to contact any person from exchange. You should move on and stop chasing them because they already gone for good. Take this as a lesson learned for leaving funds on exchange.

The of OP this topic should lock this thread long time ago and be responsible for leaving a thread that already answered.

You have provided some helpful information, that they are selling their domain.  Thank you.  I am lucky they did not lock the thread.  I can't seem to find it yet by searching domains for sale, but will keep looking.  Please do let me know if you have a link thanks.  May the OP has not give up hope to get their ETH back.  I won't give up that easily either.

Hey there, I was dumb and left 14 ETH on Liqui exchange and they closed up shop in January. The site says you can file a ticket with support to still withdraw coins but I did that and they responded with just saying to withdraw coins as normal, but all the balances are zeroed out so you can't withdraw anything.

I'm guessing my coins are gone for good, but anyone else deal with Liqui since the closed a few months ago?
Well, i did had some tokens there and i cashed out easily and i think the process was easy and the team responded well in my case so my experience with them was good.
Regarding your case, i would suggest you to search through all your other wallets as you may have moved those eth somewhere otherwise try to find the transaction link of those eth and contact support at liqui.

Did you get any luck getting your coins, I HODLED over altcoin winter so left my account alone, and had alot of life troubles to deal with in 2019.  I only just found out that I can't get access.  Now the freshdesk link has gone too.  I wonder if there will be anyone else.  Please do let me know if you have any ideas.

Sorry, to be bearer bad news but I don't think you will be able to withdraw your alts from liqui anymore because the site is long gone and there's is no way for you to contact them now.

I received there email about closing of their exchanhe and they gave 30 days to withdraw all the coins but they also said that after 30 days withdrawals will still be processed and they will try to keep website up till they can, so personally i also got late and after the 30 day period was over i recalled about the notice then i suddenly logged in and i had tenx pay tokens in my account i requested withdrawal and within 24 hours my tokens were in my wallet, so it was a good experience for me although im still not able to understand why they shut down.

They had sent an email long back before they closed down. I used to trade a lot on it and glad that long before Jan, I had already stopped using their site due to their ridiculous fee. They should still pay your money as I don't believe they don't have access to their ETH address. Keep asking their support and hope they pay you. 14 ETH is still a huge amount.

I really miss information, I don't even know if liqui is closed. Luckily I only have a little balance there and it doesn't matter to me if liqui.io has to close because maybe they have a loss because the market is quiet

Do you find options to watch your trade and withdrawal history still? Just explore the withdrawal history to know you actually left ethereum on it,maybe someone hacked your acount and stole your ethereum if this is case then support won't help you,its just lost forever.

Why didn´t you withdraw your funds before? It is around 3 months after they announced that?
But Liqui ended officially, not because they have been hacked, so I think that they will try to solve your problem and you will get your money back.

I also have some coins on liqui, and same as OP, I already forget about the exchange.  I did not know that the exchange closed until I read this thread.  I am so lazy opening emails and this is not the first time I experienced this kind of event.  I can say, it is our responsibility to be updated and meet the time frame for every deadline that is given to us especially when it comes to an exchange shutting down and we need to collect our deposited tokens.  I hope you get your ETH and as of my token, I would just think that I lost them in a trade.

After 30 days we cannot guarantee that we will be maintaining our website. In this case, all withdrawals will be processed through our support https://liqui.freshdesk.com until the last user store his assets with us

currently you just have only option that is go to https://liqui.freshdesk.com create support ticket and wait for them reply, but it's not guarantee you will get back your ETH because. Good Luck.

You should somehow try find contact and contact Liqui owner and maybe you have a chance to get back your ETH, is not a good option by the way to let so much money on an exchange or website.

Have you contacted the support again to let them know your balance is zero? Contact them, this is the only solution to your case.

Guessing the coins gone for good is not a good option I think. You should keep trying until you get back your coins.

Before contacting them, please make sure you haven't withdrawn before, check your history.

try to double check your deposit/withdraw history and if you the transaction ID for your deposited or traded ETH on Liqui then i guess you can still have it back if you contact their customer support since you have some proof for your ETH.

How it can be gone if you have left your 14 ETH there, are you sure that you left it there and you never withdrew it?
