golfdude888, you can not manage BSV directly in Ledger Live, for that you need Electrum SV. Can you follow this tips from Ledger and see if that can help you to access that coins? https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012270054-Bitcoin-SV-BSV-

If that doesn't help, then the only way to do it is to restore via seed in Electrum SV as described in previous posts.

Hi All,

Sorry for asking this particular BSV noob question again as I'm still a bit confused as to what to do.  Huh

I had BCH coins sitting on my Ledger Nano S and then due to the split I used the electrum SV application downloaded from their website to split my coins to get BSV coins. Somehow all the BCH coins I had got converted to BSV so I deposited it onto my exchange ( Independant Reserve (IR) ) which I could see the whole amount and the total of BSV looked correct.

I then decided to do a withdraw from IR of my the BSV coins and deposit it onto my Nano S. I confirmed the destination address and matched the one showing on my Nano S. However, I noticed after more than 1 week I still couldn't get it to sync on my Nano S and I even did a recovery and still couldn't see any BSV, all the other coins is ok on my Nano S though.

The stupid thing is I noticed when I did the deposit to my Nano S it was to the BCH wallet on my Nano S.  Cry

Should I just follow Lucius' process he described earlier and then I should be good or total loss ?  Sad

Any help would be most appreciated.

Cheers,

It´s easy to get your coins back, because you have the private key of your BCH address.
Do not worry much. Just follow the procedures using your seed and electrum SV.

As lucius said, it´s very important to remover your coins from your ledger wallet (you may create a new wallet in ledger, with a new seed, and send your coins to the new wallet). Remember to remover all your coins, even BTC, ethereum, tokens, etc, because all of them share the same seed. And your seed will be exposed in process of recovering your funds.

If you only have BSV in Nano S the process to get back that coins is quite easy. All you need is your seed (from Ledger Nano S) and Electrum SV wallet. Download that wallet from https://bitcoinsv.io/services/wallets-and-exchanges/ (double check link and try to verify signature if possible), then restore your BSV by creating new wallet in Electrum SV by choosing the option "I already have seed".

I advise you that before this procedure you move all your coins from Nano S, and after you transfer BSV to new wallet, reset Nano S (enter wrong PIN three times in a row), then create new seed.

Hi Guys, I bought a ledger Nano S and moved all my coins from Atomic Wallet to Ledger Live using my Ledger Nano S.

I mistakenly sent my BSV (55.5 coins). Ledger Nano S doesn't support BSV.

Atomic Wallet said to contact Ledger. Ledger Support is overwhelmed and slow. They finally replied saying that you can use BSV on the Ledger Nano S using the Bitcoin Cash App with Electrum SV wallet. After downloading Electrum SV wallet, I am still without my BSV coins.

Messaged Ledger, but of course, no reply. Does anyone know how to retrieve BSV coins sent to a BCH address on Ledger?

Thanks
