Looks like the "installed" Electrum app has been lost in the update... to check if your wallet is intact, you would need to see if you still have a ~/.electrum folder.

Check the instructions here and see if that folder still exists: http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#where-is-my-wallet-file-located

If it does, and you can see you wallet file, reinstalling the latest version of Electrum from here should enable you to view your wallet without needing to restore: https://electrum.org/#download
If that folder doesn't exist, then it seems like the update has wiped your user data Sad and you would need to restore the wallet using your seed mnemonic.

If you have seed words and pasword just restore it with " ı already have a seed option" . No idea if it's different for mac using windows.

Hi Bitcoin Forum,

I just updated (unwillingly) to High Sierra on my macbook pro and noticed my bitcoin wallet Electrum is inactive on the tool bar / doesn't open, just a question mark symbol where electrum's logo should be.
Anybody can help me gain access to electrum?  I could re-download it, i have the generation seed and the password but I thought I'd see if anyone else has experienced this first.

Thanks
