I had a similar situation. I'm negotiating now. I hope that the Ethereum network is all right. And the problem is the recipient and not the network.
user error I'm sure that is because the ethereum network is very transparent and has clear accountability. so it is best to immediately check the person concerned so that there is no misunderstanding that is addressed to the ethereum network

I don't think Ethereum is lost, It is just because of Market is very Volatile, market price value of ethereum is dependent on the volume of investors put in by the investors, the consumer's confident or market behavior goes up and down as posted in the market trading, yet, Ethereum is one of the most stable, secured, with good market structure, clear fundamentals does remains on top among the ALT coin posted in the market. as always observed market correction comes after the market glitz. I am optimistic that Ethereum will come back soon once the Crypto and ALT  coin market corrected itself. It is still on the 200$ level. let just monitor the turn of event the market.

Maybe you better see his wallet in front of your eyes.
If he is a city friend, maybe it's better if you meet him to make sure that your Ethereum is sent.

Maybe it hasn't entered their wallet, because they are waiting for some confirmation process. Please tell them to be patient. If it's a wallet market, ask to contact the market admin, if it's ERC20 wallet, then he cheated. Because ERC20 is automatic, there is no need to wait for the confirmation process by the recipient's wallet.

What I saw this transaction was successful , maybe wrong address you need to double check the receiver address , or maybe the receiver doesn't know how to read the transaction .

if the sender's address you entered is wrong then it is gone and can't return. You should be more careful to ensure that the recipient's wallet is correct before you send it

There is nothing to be worried about here, you can know who's lying your self by checking where the transaction leads to from the sender transaction and try to know the actual amounts of ethereum in the sender account before and after the transaction, since the receiver don't receive it, he need a cross check on the address he provided to the sender if correct or not, remember the rules say don't type in addresses but copy and paste them.

It is a 100% successful transaction if the case that the receiver doesn't says that he receive the said ETH just like jvdp have said the receiver is trying to scam you, Or he doesn't know how to read the transaction, Or maybe there is a time interval regarding the approval from his wallet, Whether that is the case you can always show your transaction links, If he is still insisting that he or she still didn't receive any ETH then ignore the client.

hello friends,

the reciever says they didn't get the coin, sender says transfer is completed.

sender gave me some txhash links but i don't have so much knowledge to understand what's going on.

here are the links

https://etherscan.io/address/0xd7801dec440f6899de7eba75f4a32ee00e3eea42#internaltx

https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa2f1034c467030b849bad7365e5c6d4825f83f1e98a434bfa0177798750391b3

Is it possible to understand who is lying who is telling the truth?

If the transaction is correct in from address and to address is perfect there is no doubt and you can confirm that sender is right. All you need to check is receiver that whether the given address for the transaction is correct or not.

Next to that possible way receiver may scammed saying that he did not receive the transaction. Sender side you need to confirm  the address there in tx  id or not using the explorer etherscan  above.
