Since you mentioned "logging in with an email address" can we conclude that you are using an online wallet or an exchange to store your crypto but you just got the terminology wrong like somebody before me mentioned?
I can't think of a wallet I have used that required me to login with my email address except for exchanges.

I'm new to bitcoin and not savvy. I wanted to cash out online gambling winnings without a service fee and transferred it to a bitcoin account. I lost the program name I used to establish the account when my computer shut down. To solve the problem, I went back and transferred more online gambling money but it gave me a new bitcoin account number. Now when I log in, I get the new account number and my old account number isn't associated with my email address. How can I log in just using my old bitcoin address. The money has to be out there somewhere.

Thanks,

Brian
If your wallet creating new address for every transaction does't mean all the old funds were removed it must be added to the same wallet but with newly created addresses which happens with few wallets and gambling sites.

If you are not seeing anything on the older wallet means you got scammed bro.

Its probably Bitcoin Core wallet, multibit wallet or electrum wallet. There is chance you found some less known one but low chance.
Your money are probably safe, because you still have wallet on your computer just matter of learning more about bitcoin and then access it.

Brian, when you are aware that you are new to BITCOIN just consider your loss is a lesson and with patience understand exploring bitcoin forum especially for "Beginners" you can understand about bitcoin wallets - which, what and why everything.

It is good you shared your experience which will alert and save other members, elaborate your issue with complete details in which website you made the transaction in an order that will help the experts in forum to analyze your issue and find a resolution if possible.

Firstly, I want to express my condolences for that loss. It sounds like you don't have the knowledge to realize it's a hoax. Here, we can help you understand it. However, you can check the transaction history or send information about your lost money and contact your managers for assistance.

It is important to know which wallet you used.

Since you said you 'lost the program name', i assume you actually downloaded some software and did not use some kind of web wallet, right ?
Try to find out which wallet you have used.

It is completely normal that your receiving address changes after each transaction, this increases your privacy.

Did the wallet you installed give you a mnemonic code, also often referred to 'seed' to backup (12 / 24 words) ? Or do you have any other kind of backup ?

Also, please tell us what gambling site you are talking about.

Some wallet providers generate new Bitcoin addresses when you make transactions, to give you some pseudo anonymity. You will have to contact the wallet providers support staff, if you do not know how to access those previous addresses.

If you give us the name of the wallet provider, then someone that used that service before, can possibly help you with this problem. As you said, you are new to Bitcoin and you will make some mistakes.   Cheesy

Your depiction of events is pretty unclear, as you seem to be confusing terminology which makes it hard to follow. It would be easier if you recap the events step by step with further details (i.e. -> 1.) I transferred BTC from the gambling site to my wallet (xxx type of wallet). I used yyyy as my public address (if you wish to disclose this) , etc.).

Take into consideration that your gambling site may (should) have a log of your outbound TXs, so you may be able to see the receiving address you sent BTC in your first transaction).

Can't you remember the casino where you gambled?

I lost the program name I used to establish the account when my computer shut down.
Check your browser history, the site must be recorded there unless you've used a TOR browser or incognito.

Now when I log in, I get the new account number and my old account number isn't associated with my email address. How can I log in just using my old bitcoin address. The money has to be out there somewhere.
You have to tell us what's this website, old bitcoin addresses that has been used can still be used to receive incoming transfers. Your story is confusing but I think that someone has access to your account and withdrew your funds elsewhere?

Please tell us the gambling website you used, and the service you withdrew your funds (what you called 'bitcoin account') to and by saying account number, you're referring to new bitcoin addresses being generated? Giving more details will make it easier for us to help you.
