same here i recieved a msg from my bank stating the money was credited to my unocoin account. i even spoke to someone yesterday around 4pm ist,   a lady answered and said it will be credited by evening 6. i was happy cause i had to transfer the btc around 8pm.  however i never recieved the btc at 6pm.  tried calling unocoin but no one is answering the phone. i m trying to reach them even now . but no one answers the phone. neither have i recieved my btc. my id is : 9867839716 .  also this is my phone no.

i never thought i would experience this with unocoin cause it was suggested to me by my family member.  however after this mishap i doubt that i would suggest this to anyone.

I just consulted my team to know the reason. Got to know that yours was an NEFT transfer and we had not received your money into our bank account with in our processing hours. Today we have processed it.

Yo, got to know you have entered the wrong reference number. After we called you and have you correct it, we were able to process it and credit the balance to your account in no time. Thank you.

My deposit was not added to my account and still receipt pending even after 4 days.I had sent several support tickets but they aren't responded.
Kindly PM your email id or ID number on Unocoin do that I can check what had gone wrong.
