Is there a tool like this to generate a private key AND/OR wallet.dat for a Dogecoin wallet with a 7 word passphrase (from a passphrase that was us back in late 2014)?

Probably you can import your seed to this sites to generate the private keys [1] I found it based on this discussion [2]
After you get your private keys, you can try to sweep it on Coinomi wallet [3]

Thank you so much for the help, but I cannot get any of it to work.
When I use the langerhans link, it lets me put in my passphrase, but then shows 3 sets of addresses. I don't know what to do from there.
I am sure this is super easy, but I am completely lost.

I received my doge some time back and have been trying to get my coins back. I have the 12 words needed to get them back, but I have no idea where to put them or how to use them to recover my account.
