Search your home for an old spare phone, and bind on new websites both (your phone and spare phone) with 2FA.
When you lose the Google Authenticator app or your phone. You can always login with your spare phone. (Don't forget to put your spare phone in a safe)

Help! I've got a new phone, and I've deleted the Google Authenticator app before making a back-up!
I also can't find the back-up codes anywhere. What can I do about this problem?

Thank you all in advance
The only way is to either recreate ur accounts that have the 2FA or request for support  for the individual accounts with 2FA and provide relevant identification documents.
