The 12 words yes, and If you didn't write them down when you was asked to, then you can't recover your wallet.

If you have the seed, you can restore your wallet and If you have the private keys, you could import them in any wallet and spend them from there without the need of a password. If you don't have these two things, your funds are sadly lost.
