Please read the post here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545 and follow the instructions clearly outlined by the forum admin. If you don't have any staked address from your lost forum account, unfortunately you will have a hard time recovering that account since sifgning a message from a staked address is one of the requirements to recover lost accounts.
