Yeah, but I wrote numerous times and they only answerred once, and since October there is no answer at all.
First and only answer was in October. "We will manually retrieve this. As such, this is time-consuming and may a few days but rest assured our admins will process this ASAP. Please check your QTUM reports to confirm. Apologies for the inconvenience."
I wrote them in twitter also, same result.

There's not much on our end that we can do. If you pm your support ticket to this account, we can try to reach out to them. They're probably very busy, but we'll shoot them an e-mail on your behalf.

If transactions is "ok", so its confirmed on blockchain, fault is in bitfinex system.You should still hit support for answers why ur account is not credited.
