You must be talking about 2FA Code, not the second password.
Because the second password is only required when you want to send, get the seed, etc; but you will still be able to log-in.
Would've never occured to me to call the 2FA authorization as a "second password", good catch

If it's 2FA, then you should contact the 2FA provider's support to be able to restore your 2FA device/app (very very slim chance).
If it's SMS and you don't have the number, dead end (or find a way to create that number).

Without the seed, there's nothing else you can do.
Actually, he can just reset the 2FA token here. He only needs his wallet ID (obtained trough the email provided when registered) and the email he used to register.
Not sure about the SMS verification tough.

No I can’t log in completely. After I put the normal password it brings me to another window where I need to put the second password to than check my wallet.

They have three types of 2FA, the window will be different depending on the one you have set.
Does the "another window" looks like this? (what's written in those red circles)

"Contacting 2FA provider's support" is based from another wallet's 2FA provider issue
but I'm not using 2FA for my dummy b.com wallet so I can't help you any further.

I created the wallet in 2011.

The first password is correct and the second one should be as well but it's not working.

I have no mnemonic phtase.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
any of you with an old Blockchain account?

I'd like to know if the second password is only numbering or must have been a more complex one.

This could help
In what year did you create your blockchain wallet? (Just saw your other reply) Do you still have a copy of the mnemonic phrase? which will help you to recover your private keys using this tool.

The second password is important as the primary one if you forget your second password without having the necessary backup then it means you lost your bitcoins.

If it's only required to authorize transactions, he can log in (I have re-read the OP and realized that he already can, lol), and get the seed in the security center to then import it into electrum. I'm not sure if that'd be considered as "authorize a transaction" and ask for the second password.

It’s absurd because I have the second password written down but it doesn’t work.

So nothing at all I can do? I’m talking about an account made in 2011-2012

Guys, blockchain support will not help him recover his second password because it's explicitly written in "Security Center->Advanced":

As with your main password, if you forget your second password, we cannot reset it for you.

It's also impossible to recover the seed through "Security Center" without the second password because it's required.

I found an old wallet and tried to log in on blockchain.com to see if I have some bitcoin inside. I can log in but then it ask me for a second password, I have it written and believe it's correct but it doesn't let me login. I also tried some other possible passwords but had no luck. what should I do? I don't have the recovery seed.
Not aware with that second password since usually i've been only asked out for authorization when i do logged in on different ip or device.
In this case, no oe can help you out but blockchain team itsselt. Have you already contacted their support? thats the only way that you can possibly
access your account.

If the password is somewhat tied to a specific wallet, then I doubt the blockchain team will be able to help. If it is some sort of password to login, then yeah they might be able to help, though they are going to be really  really strict on your recovery, and will most likely deny it.
Not sure though what the second password thing is. According to this, if you are getting an error about decrypting wallet, there is nothing you or they can do.

I didn't know that blockchain had the possibility of using 2 passwords, I'm going to take the guess and say it's an old feature.
It is, and I'm not sure if thats (exclusively) an old feature: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/210929703-Advanced-Security-

Unfortunately, there isn't anything OP can do. Even Blockchain's support can't help him (according to the link above).

Second Password
For additional security, you can choose a second password that is asked whenever you want to spend funds. As with your main password, if you forget your second password, we cannot reset it for you. Make sure you backed up your wallet before setting a second password. Create a second password by clicking Set Second Password.

Getting creative, you could try to get you wallet ID using the account recovery service; they'll send it to your email, and with that and the first password, try to log in. If the second password is a 2FA token (which I doubt in an old wallet), you can use the same tab to get rid of it. If they handed the seeds back then, you can also reset the password from there.

I don't think there is anything you can do. Maybe contact their support? If they have any solution for people that lost their secondary passwords (or if that's an issue on them), they may help you, but I think it's unlikely. Other than that, no way you can get access to your wallet.
