Hi everyone, I'm a beginner and I have an issue with the Steneum windows wallet,
Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: it runs on Bitcoin Core
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
System Hardware Specs: 3.7 GHz i3 CPU with 4 GB RAM and 250 GB free hard drive space.
Description of Problem: I sent coins from coinexchange, I well received them on my wallet, created a passphrase and saved custom preferences.
After some bugs on my computer, I tried to reinstall the system, without format, so that my personal files will be intact.
After the reinstall, everything worked just fine, I tried to open the wallet but :
- It opens now without a passphrase
- The balance is 0 after the Sync
- The preferences are lost as well.
I tried to contact the Steneum team but no response till now, I'm so lost, please help !
