I didn't remove them but one user has been reporting a lot of 'spam' posts from a fair few users.
That's something objectively being done. Since reporters will not be shared by mod, I do not want to say anything about them. Just saying you that he is an alt of a banned user certainly, a ban user of someone whom I have reported here for posting like an AI because I am mostly getting deleted post after reporting him, may be a coincidence but unlikely.
Good to know that I'm not going to be banned for getting old post deleted. Anyway, I took this as a fair warning too. Thank you for the answer. Locking the thread now as I have got my answer.

I do not know from where the reports are coming but I imagine someone who recently got banned is trying to report all my posts.
I had one deleted post in May and another in March. I think there is a big gap in between these two deleted posts. On average we can say one post per month getting deleted. But within last weeks after I had reported an user as probable AI, I am having a lot of my old posts deleted. Will I be banned for such deleted posts? May be I had spam posts in the past and they are being deleted now. Will mod consider me as spammer? Just saying, some of my deleted posts are not spam at all. They were on topic, not repetitive and of course something new which no one added before my post.

I didn't remove them but one user has been reporting a lot of 'spam' posts from a fair few users. You likely won't be banned for it, especially it it was long ago. You need to be consistently posting crap to get a ban for that and leniency will likely be show for old posts that have gone overlooked.

We(yes, me included) might have just made some borderline non-constructive posts in the past without us realizing or not doing it on purpose. Though I haven't had some in a while now, I've had a good number of deleted posts in the past too.

e.g. a year ago someone posted about his mining rig in the mining section. I made a reply complimenting his setup, and stating how I've always wanted to run some mining rigs but couldn't due to personal reasons. My reply then got deleted(rightfully so, because obviously my reply wasn't really helpful) even if I just wanted to voice out.

Yes, maybe some of the judgements might be bad sometimes, but there's really nothing we can do with those now; and I don't think it's a big deal anyway. A few posts removed out of hundreds is nothing.

Lastly you're only going to get banned mostly for plagiarism; non-constructive posts are mostly just deleted with no additional repercussions(unless you literally post spam).

If they're mostly old posts it shouldn't affect you much. I personally do not like the idea of reporting old posts especially when there's no active discussions in the thread it was made in, better for mods to focus on more pertinent issues.

Users rarely get banned for spamming even when done repeatedly, although there is a rule regarding that. In very serious cases there would be a warning or a temporary ban, if the user persists the temp ban period would be increased, till a parma is issued.
Whether or not the post were worthy of being deleted is objective, you and the mods could have different conclusions regarding that.
