IMHO $300 is not enough

don't you think 300$ are enough for making a website? The rest will be self sustaining as it will be player vs player type of lottery. and the site will charge a small fee while withdrawing thats it nothing more. I have got a person who may make this in 300$.

You should check the millions of lottery websites that exist and ask yourself: can I do something different, can I add some exiting feature?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say there isn't a million bitcoin lottery systems on the Web.

I think it was a hyperbole. There are probably less than 100 out there but even that is still a fairly decent number.

I've seen a lot of these in the gambling section as well - yes a Bitcoin lottery.  A big problem is getting people to trust you and play, and then for them to keep playing you need to make it provably fair, and also make clear that you don't have shills playing the games for you.  Warning, I've seen many people think their idea is so wonderful but it doesn't work out.

In what type of lottery will you participate guys? I am planing to build a lottery website. I have come up with some rules

1st prize 5$
2nd prize 2.5$
3rd prize 2$

Ticket will cost 1$ and once 10 tickets are sold a draw will be held by the system. The same model could be applied for expensive tickets like 5$, 10$ Can this website get success. What do you prefer as i need your opinion urgently on this matter to make a deal.

any website creators are also welcome. I have a budget of 300$ will this be enough?
I want the site to have BTC and some other Cryptocurrenies.

I guess not enough with just $ 300, need substantial capital to build a gambling website.
yes start of the campaign and give giveaway and others
yes it is in my opinion Smiley

This should be in gambling. Isnt there already sites like this? I think its harder than you might imagine to set up a safe and transparent system and also to get people to use it.

You would need a system which proves you are picking it at random and place money in escrow.

i am building a official website not escrow stuff. i will ask my builder to put Provable fair too. Anything else?
