it is currently broken
For several days the page has crashed when I submit and then after a refresh it says that I can only use it once a day. It has not sent anything too on those occasions. 
Did you try changing browsers?That's terrible on your side because the faucet works. I tried it and it gave me 10 coins within a few minutes.
I got 10 first on first time but then after that crashing. Used Safari and chrome.
