Water is the best. When I would like to drink water with some flavors, I'll put a lemon slice in. Good to health.

I like to leave a bottle of water with pieces of ginger and lemon in it in the fridge overnight and drink it the next day.

Water rules.

I also like ice tea with ice cubes. Very refreshing, little to no sugar and it keeps me hydrated as well as water does.

For me it´s homemade flavoured water when i don´t drink plain water. Pretty much everything is good to add some flavour. One of my personal best to start the day: Water, slices of lemon, Mint leafs, A slice of ginger and two slices of cucumber. Just leave it overnight in the fridge and its ready in the morning.

When i dont care for calories i choose mojito. Best drink for summer  Cool

I prefer cold fresh lemonade (not so sweet, with brown sugar).
Lots of ices, fresh mint leafs, a bit cinnamon.  Cool

Summer came early this year. We all need cold drinks everyday. But as you know most of the drinks that we can buy from shops includes so many sugar and unhealthy contents... they are not healthy at all. Even unnatural juices, different sodas, energy drinks . All same story.
I usually prefer to drink cold mineral water with lime adding a few ices inside.
Do you have any special summer drink recommendation?
