I doubt this idea will work. Even though people participate in airdrops to get coins, of course what they need is dollars. Maybe people will be tempted to follow you the first time, but if they only get shit coins, they will definitely leave you and your project. And I think when people get low value coins, only some people will sell them.  For ordinary people, getting a lot of coins is a blessing, they will guard them and hope they will rise someday.  Better to save first than sell for a few dollars.

I think just forget about those shit coins and look for other opportunities.  If the developers don't care about them, how can we make them acceptable to society?  Developer innovation is very necessary in the journey of a coin.  Without it, the coin will slowly disintegrate.

Low cap coin with higher staking rewards! Didn't we see a similar project in the last bull run? These project are not good for the long run because if a project is giving high yield which major project in the industry cannot, then those projects are giving those yield from their users pockets. These are some short term opportunities, but i don't think this is the time for short term trade. Bull run in the horizon so we need to be focused on utility based project which has real usecase and can generate real revenue.

1337 now branded Elite is only 1.337 % now.

These coins help people get used to the idea of owning their own coins by using software wallets and also "mining" new coins at their own home by staking.

These days If I want to stake, I find myself switching between staking TIA, ATOM or some BNB? These newer projects give some unique rewards compared to just staking APY.

Thanks.   (I merited you for your answer).

Are those coins you have custody of or is it an account somewhere?

Thanks for your generosity. It came as a surprise to me and I appreciate your kind gesture. As for the tokens mentioned in my previous post, I staked them via my self custody wallets but what I'm not sure about the mechanics of how the staking actually works. Because the tokens actually leave the wallet to the staking environment. Additionally, some of these tokens have ridiculous unstaking period (3 weeks for ATOM).

I know some of these coins are still around but not sure all are staking.

I prefer mainstream coins to their lesser known counterpart.

Good old days they were. I had some DEM tokens myself in the past and those were the good old days indeed. Eventually, those kind of projects got wiped off in the bear market so much that I'm surprised that they're even making any moves right now. That's the thing with projects. Any project that refuses to innovate gets forgotten in this space.

In my opinion, using low-cap coins for staking could be an interesting approach. It could help increase the adoption of these coins and generate more interest in them. However, it requires careful analysis and risk assessment, as there are often many scams associated with such coins. While it can be an effective way to draw attention to lesser-known coins, caution is advised.

reddcoin, 1337/Elite,
I remember these two. But you have to remember that in staking coins, if they've got the higher percentage now, that only means that the volume isn't that much for that token. And once the volume gets higher, the percentage of the staking will decrease. That's how they're balancing it like that and for you to get on it means that you've been following all of these altcoins but I don't think that it's all worth it to follow and invest with all of those that you've mentioned.

Low cap staking coins are coming in good now with exchanges:  pandacoin, stronghands, litedoge, compcoin, reddcoin, 1337/Elite, and ELEMENT (Hyperstake).  POScoin seems to be ok with exchanges but limited ways to send to those exchanges, the wallets are not taking deposits.
we could use that ecosystem and use a coin not doing as well (Inflationcoin, Condensate, etc.)  as an airdrop for people who stake those wallets.  we could buy into those coins, and give away inflationcoin to people who have certain coins in their wallets]

DEM is also working well.  There are some higher priced staking coins that allow you to keep the coins in your own wallet on your own computer like Blackcoin and Pinkcoin.
