If you know your way around the wallet file, you can also try this, create&sign the transaction offline and copy the raw transaction (use the preview button), and push it to https://blockchain.info/pushtx .

When I will be able to continue use my wallet? Or how I can solve this problem? I am looking to back use my wallet to proceed transactions... Have any solutions? I am not able to proceed child to parent payment. But if possible make double spent via Electrum?

Try switching server. With luck you'll find a server that doesn't have your transaction. You'll be able to create and broadcast another transaction then. Try again after 24 hours if you can't find a server that doesn't have your transaction.

Your first transaction[1] doesn't meet blockchain.info's minimum relay fee which is 1.5 satoshi per byte. Your 3rd transaction[2] have enough fee but it got be rejected by nodes that doesn't have the first transaction in their mempool because it is being used as input.

It is also only using 0.0005/KB fee which is not that high. In fact it is lower than the recommended fee of 0.001/KB. Both transactions are also very big (13KB and 5KB). Your transactions will take a while to confirm or will never confirm and get dropped by the network.

I did some transactions, look attached picture. When I proceed first transaction I got notice what fees is too high. I updated without count well and sign two transactions with low fees. After it I did third transaction with normal fees when start read topics about low fees transactions. All my transactions just stop. So I did fourth transaction with high fees but all transactions is frozen. Anyone could help me?
I updated already wallet from old version to 2.77.17 after all transactions without remove old wallet... But installed new wallet in another folder
