go hard wired. your wi fi sucks.

Sounds blunt and nasty ,but wi fi can be like that.  A neighbor could be interfering with the wifi signal.

You could turn off everything in your  place and still have a bad signal.  The Apt next to you may be interfering with the wi-fi.

My home needs 3 wi fi routers to have okay coverage.  My home is not big, but there is a lot of interference.

the difference between a wired connection and a wireless connection is huge.i wouldnt say its normal for your hashrate to drop by so much, but that seems to be the problem.
you can improve the results with the router, maybe if you used a laptop that then connected to the wifi it would be better. i use a laptop purely to run my miners and i see no difference.

Hi, I'm using 1TH/s dragon bitminer, which should be around 1000~1200GH/s. But I'm only getting values around 10~200GH/s.

So here is my set up.

Instead of wired internet, I used wireless router with (4Mbps download, 3Mbps upload)
Since wireless router has two ethernet slots, I connected another router to it.

So essentially it looks like
wireless router -> router -> dragon bitcoin miner

I connected this to slush pool Asia(I'm in East Asia). But the hashrate is incredibly low compared to wired one. (I tested with wired connection about a week ago).

So here's my question.

1. Is there anyway to bump up my hashrate?
2. if latency is the problem, how can I resolve it using wireless router?
3. Any other suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
