do you using modded bioses ?
do you undervolting your cards ? or just overclocking like carzy ? Smiley
without proper undervolting , the 1000watts psu can not support 5x RX 580 for mining !!!

I set it up first with 6 cards and hash rate was around 27-28 MHS. But when I added the 7th gpu they all dropped down to 22-20 MHS.
Any idea how to fix this ?
Regards,

So my suggestion to fix your problem is :
- get a higher wattage  psu , at least 1200watts or more
- OR undervolt your gpu's and memory modules on your vga cards ...

Hello,

I have this ETH rig:

7 RX 580 x 4 GB (2 sapp nitro 5 MSI armor)
MB: MSI M5 Gaming Z170A
Proc: Pentium G4400
4 Gb RAM
1 650W EVGA gold PSU (powers the MB, ssd and 2 gpu with their risers)
1 1000W Corsair RM 1000X gold (powers the other 5 cards)  connected to the first one with ADDPSU

windows 10 with AMD Blockchain driver, Claymore v10.0

I have enabled the 4G decoding, latest bios, PCI GEN2, and 64 pci latency timer.

I set it up first with 6 cards and hash rate was around 27-28 MHS. But when I added the 7th gpu they all dropped down to 22-20 MHS.

Any idea how to fix this ?
