Can you tell us the source of traffic and visit duration maybe? Regarding packages and price, it looks very well-done - price from 1$ for 5000 visits should be good test for everyone, but you can maybe offer few vouch packages to high rank users.
The site looks simple but professional, and you use Coinpayments with many coin option to pay for your services - I think this is something you should add to your opening post.
This. Also, it is obvious when sites use these services, and it does nothing but further deminish the legitimacy of the site.

Basically, you enter into a dashboard the url of a site or youtube video and hit start. Then there are two ways to do this : Either pay peanuts to few dozen people who will sit all day on this dashboard, visit the links and stay on the page for a desired amount or time or use a script auto url changer.
Google it up, this is old stuff from the 00's.

The traffic mainly comes from PTP programs excess traffic (non-valid/non-unique) from their PTP programs. Basically all the traffic they can't monetize anymore.
The visit duration will average about 5-10 seconds.
Due to the nature and quality of the traffic, it most likely will not produce results in terms of interested people. This is why we are selling it at the price we are and for the specific reason of lowering your rank.

The main factor to your rank is traffic. The more traffic your site receives the lower your rank. There are a few other factors involved, but traffic is the easiest to control.
