Looking to have a 20mh LTC rig built. What do you think is a fair price range? Thanks.

If you're seriously asking this question, you need to stop and research before moving forward.

10 MHS = about 17 - 18  HD 7950's or $4250 - $4500 depending on price and manufacturer.

Associated hardware for 5 running rigs ~ $2000

So somewhere between $6000 - $6500 if you build it yourself running netboot from linux.

Add another $500 - $750 if you go "rookie" and run Windows.

For 20 mhs, double everything.

What do you think the time frame is? Thanks.
Considering FPGA's haven't really materialized yet (yes I know some are selling, but they're simply too low hash rate for large scale mining), I wouldn't be counting on ASIC's anytime soon. If you want to build a large farm, GPU's are going to be your only game for a while. Build a GPU farm, it'll probably ROI before ASIC's ever materialize.
