BTC-E doesn't cheat, are you sure that you didn't generate a new deposit address?
Perhaps you thought you was sending the LTC to your normal deposit address, but you forgot that you generated a new address for deposits before that...
In that case the normal deposit address is not connected to your account. That could be a reason for it not to show up in your balance.

Yesterday i sent LTC from my wallet to my account on BTC-E - LTC didnt come
At the begining detail of transaction looked like this:
Status: 13 confirmations, broadcast through 8 nodes
Date: 30/04/14 15:53....
But now looks like this:
Status: 368 confirmations
Date: 30/04/14 15:54
To: LX2jYfe7CzbzUUVmHVMnzdjgy2dx4pMG3L
Debit: -47.38500004 LTC
Net amount: -47.38500004 LTC
Transaction ID: 75a4703a81541edf90bc58240ed435e5621a9495ad6edbce9c96cee2d1c0661c
i created ticket on BTC-E support but i got answer:
"no confirmation
transferring funds to this purse LX2jYfe7CzbzUUVmHVMnzdjgy2dx4pMG3L
they not gone
from your wallet"
In my opinion it is not true because i found my transaction:

and looks like should be on BTC-E account.
Today a logged on my account and i can see that address for deposit was changed now i have:

BTC-E cheated me??
What should i do now?
