LITECOINRS-PT is a passthrough to the BITCOINRS asset listed on GLBSE
(https://glbse.com/asset/view/BITCOINRS) The dividend will be paid within 48 hours of the payment
from BITCOINRS. If this is not possible the dividend will be paid out together with the next dividend. The
issuer has the right to issue more shares and buy back shares at current market rates. The shares have no
voting rights.
1.100% of LTC raised will be converted to BTC and used to purchase as many shares of BITCOINRS as
possible.
2.100% of the dividends paid by the BITCOINRS shares will be converted from BTC to LTC.
3. 95% of the resulting LTC will be paid as a dividend to LITECOINRS-PT shareholders, and 5% paid to the
issuer as a management fee.
