Agreement between gusti and Scott J.
This agreement is for gusti to pay Scott J the difference over strike
price of $40 / LTC trading price for an amount of 100 LTC, at any
given time chosen by Scott J before July 7th, 2014.
Price is based on btc-e exchange USD/LTC rates, and can be executed
at any chosen time before expiry, for the price at the time of
request, to be verified by time stamped post in this same thread after
a maximum of 48hs of chosen price.
Payment will be made by gusti in equivalent BTC for the USD
amount, with price at same time of chosen price based on BTC/USD from Bitstamp, to
be verified by time stamped post in this same thread.
Should Bitstamp or btc-e no longer be operating, prices will be taken from the exchanges with the highest BTC and LTC volumes in US dollars.
e.g. if price at chosen time is $50 / LTC, gusti will pay the amount of $1000 equivalent in BTC, with BTC/USD price at the same time of chosen LTC price..
If strike price is not reached before this agreement expiration date,
no payment will be made from each party to the other.
In return, Scott J is paying now to gusti a one-time, non-refundable premium of 20 LTC to address :
