In Litecoin Core 0.13.2 open up the console and type this in:
abandontransaction "txid"
Replace txid with the transaction id of the unconfirmed transaction.

Same for Livecoin, 30 minutes after withdrawing a few LTC (says executed, no confirmation and nothing on the blockchain), they temporarily disabled the wallet because of high load

You sent it paying zero fees?
Right click on the unconfirmed transaction? Does it say "not in memory pool"? Can you select ''abandon transaction''?

But the transaction is not on the Blockchain, should I be concerned?
I believe it will pass through, just need to wait for the network to unload.
I have a substantial Litecoin transaction from my wallet to coinbase currently stuck in no-mans land. Will it get reversed or will it follow through? Can someone tell me?
