Hi, all!

Here to warn you about a site called luckybird.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that the online number of the site is fake.
Most "people" on chat are randomly generated bots.
They will pay out your first withdraw, but will deny all others in hopes of luring more cash from you.

Ahh, I think I have been a victim to this kind of scam before, though Not with a gambling platform but with another arm of cryptocurrencies.
I am just hearing about this name "Luckybird" for the first time, I personally do advice people not to ever deposit their money or try to gamble on casino platforms that are not known or atleast a bit popular, and also try to always find time to do some research, find what other users are saying concerning that casino before making the decision of whether to deposit and gamble there or not.

Sorry for your loss bud, but I hope this teaches you to learn to avoid casinos with no proven track record of their legitimacy in the gambling industry.

Also I have sent 5+ messages to their support email, 0 answers, nothing nada.

This post would have been best suited in scam and accusation board, but I guess it's too late to move it there, it's now up to the mod to either move it there themselves or allow it here.

Lmao, you think they gonna pay you your winnings after freaking 10 months?

It's still possible, though most of the time I think the chance is low since months has already passed. But it all depends on their management if they are willing to consider the OP's request to compensate him. A 20 USDT withdrawal is not that much, so if ever the OP will be able to prove his claim, it's really possible for them to just process the withdrawal.

edit:
Site agreed to compensate me and we reached a compromise.

You can close the thread. No more further complaints from me.
Ohh, that's nice. If you want to close the thread, you can lock it yourself through the "Lock Topic" LinkButton on the lower left side of this thread. Congrats btw.

Scam aaccusation were carried out on this forum and it is possible that purchases were made outside the forum so that the new owner does not really understand the reputation of this casino

I believe that anyone who wants to buy a website the first thing that person would do was go to google and do research, in the case of this casino it would be enough for the buyer to go to google and write this: " Luckybird.io Scam " that the first link that appears and is precisely directed to this thread, and then it would be enough for the person who wants to buy this casino to start researching on this forum what is the level of reputation of this casino that in less than 1 hour this buyer would already realize that it is a casino that does not have a good reputation. then in the same google and when writing: " Luckybird.io Scam " the second link that appears directs to trustpilot and there are many scam accusations as you can see:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/luckybird.io

with a simple google search you can already conclude what type of casino they are. any buyer would do that

or is it just an excuse from the casino to delay the payment process

this could also be a possibility as these guys are not reliable so i wouldn't be surprised if they lied about new owner

or there are also people who really want to have casino business but don't want to start from the scratch so buying an existing casino is the coiche with all the consequences.

people can even buy existing and operational casinos, but what I wonder is if it would be possible for someone to buy an already established casino and before buying I didn't do research if the casino was or wasn't a scam, I sincerely doubt that anyone would buy something without doing research

So a little update.

Luckybird.io has been relaunched with new management.
I am currently exchanging emails with them and they might reimburse my balances that were left on the site when they disappeared.

I will post an update when I will hear back from them.
the problem here is that what if they only paying you just to clear their name temporarily to make another targeting again for more victims? and if they are changing management , why not just create a new gambling site and not this one that already had a red flag?

Hoping that you are going to get your funds and leave gambling in that site or else experience another problem again in the future.

maybe they don't have customers anymore so as they want to attract more customers they are able to pay OP for the OP to post here on the forum and everywhere else he complained, and if more other people who weren't paid and were complaining all over the internet starting to get paid and posting that they were paid the casino would have a little credibility again and no doubt that people returned to deposit and play at the casino. this is a strategy of theirs, I doubt they are paying because they feel remorse or weight in their conscience. Now the weirdest thing is that I don't understand why would anyone buy a casino that has some scam accusations?

When visiting this casino, they have quite a lot of online users up to hundreds it could be a fake visitor counter because if they have hundreds of players who are active every day playing holding players' funds, which are very small, it becomes a strange.

if you really get paid then you're a lucky person, because it's not easy for a casino to scam and then someone else comes along and buys the scam casino, honestly I don't know why anyone would buy a casino that doesn't have a good reputation. casino has a new owner or is the owner still the same did they take someone to impersonate the owner of the casino? Finally, the most important thing is that they pay you and pay all other people who haven't been paid. my advice: even if they pay you to avoid using their casino, if you want to use their casino then don't put too much money, put an amount that you know that even if you lose because of them blocking you, you won't miss it

If they pay you, then do ask them for the interest of 10 months, which is highly unlikely.

 Grin

they didn't pay him and it's worse if OP goes back to playing in the casino he runs the risk of getting ripped off for the second time and this time maybe he will have to wait 20 months or 3 years or 5 years or he will never get paid. I hope he takes into account that luck like that of going 10 months without getting paid and then getting paid is not something that happens often and that if he gets paid he shouldn't play at the casino again because this time he won't get paid anymore , lost the money forever

I'm not sure, but my guess is that the money you want to withdraw may come from referrals bonuses. If this is the case, then check that when the money is from the bonuses, you do not have to meet any additional conditions to make a withdrawal.
Usually if the player cannot make a withdrawal because there are conditions that have not been met, it will be rejected, not in a pending position.

Nevertheless at first say me, why did you put your hard earned money on such a newbie casino? More greed always leads to end, so yes it would have been great if you could have put your greed in control and played in reputable casinos.
Let’s not argue more, but yes keep us updated about the status of your case.
This is not a newbie casino luckybird has been operating since 2019 based on casinoguru https://casino.guru/luckybird-casino-review
But actually the value that has not been processed by the casino is not large even less than $100 they should not have a problem with such an amount if a small value is an obstacle then the casino is not trusted

We must remember that a lot of newbies have not adjusted their mentality about what to expect of this market, in the fiat markets if there is something wrong you can always run to the bank and hope that they fix things for you, so people are not really as careful as they should about their money, but in this market in which you are your own bank there is nowhere to run to, if you put your money on the hands of scammers you are on your own, so most newbies do not perform their due diligence as they should and lose money they should not have lost if they did their due diligence.

Thanks for showing us the proof. I visited this site a few moments ago and thought of making a deposit, but as an expert said, you should always look before investing somewhere, so I thought, let's take some reviews, and my decisions took me here. I want to say thanks for awarding us for this scam. If you wish to a trusted website, this forum has many representatives you can choose from. Always take reviews before investing somewhere, especially in gambling websites.

I think it's too early to call Luckybird.io a scam. The amount involved is only $25 so it may just be some kind of system error and it will be explained soon. I don't think any casino wants to destroy its reputation because of such a small amount. Probably no one from the team looks at Bitcointalk and they don't even know about this discussion.

Yes, Ofc I have contacted them 5+ times, via the live chat button, via the support email. Nothing... not a single reply from anywhere.
The reason I played at that place is that there are actually no casino games there - They were a new concept for me, like you battle others for money, these games require some SKILL. It's not just brainless clicking when playing slots.
^That's what got me interested in the first place.

Although the features look good they didn't lived up to expectations, reputation is everything even if they have unique features and games it's not worth playing if they are not paying then it's not worth it, good that you post it here the community know now it's good that you also posted it in the scam section too and post all your proofs.

The casino in question don't have any good reputation at all to be protected and I don't where did the OP see this casino. I believe the casino is new or the owner don't have enough manpower to run the casino since it has no support and the template of the is very common. I don't want to become bias and one sided on this issue but the casino support don't reply yet so it means that they are not really scamming OP but rather they are not aware on the issue.

I really believe that this casino is under development phase that's why everything in there is a messed. I saw on the screenshot of OP about his mail that he offers his service to boost the transaction speed of withdrawal so I'm not completely buying on this issue.

This is a good precautionary measure because gamblers can easily avoid these risks when it comes to gambling. I think it will ruin their site's reputation people have already been warned online casinos attract gamblers not only with the opportunity to make money but also with the small gamblers finding reputable casinos. This gives them a good chance to learn the rules of gambling and gain experience and spend exciting time without thinking about financial risks in this way the scam sites can be mastered.

Thanks for keeping us updated, now while I obviously wish you the best and hope that you recover your money, if this does not happen at least you are helping the community by reporting them so we know the kind of people that are behind that casino and that they will do anything to extract a few more satoshis out of their players.

Personally it bothers me that they do this, after all when it comes to gambling casinos already have an edge over you, and that should be more than enough to cover their operation expenses and turn out a profit without the need to scam anyone.

It's a pity, they were looking too promising:) Well, thank you for your warning, this is especially useful now when too many online gambling sites are trying to deceive us.
Did you already know the result of the claim if it is a scam site or not?. Well in my opinion, this thread is for caution only as we are waiting for the result if what op claimed is true and see if the site owner have something to say. We don't know that op may abuse their system or they are the one who scam op. Based on the previous post, scamming a gambler worth of $25 is not worth it to destroy your site's reputation and also your reputation as a gambling site owner or creator. We don't know that the owner might solve this or op's claim is true.

Yes, $25 isn't a reason enough for a certain site to ruin its reputation. We all know how hard it is to put up a good name so I guess they wouldn't break their site's name just for such a small amount unless they have been doing it for small gamblers for a long time. I hope that the team behind the site would do something to explain their side.

So far TrustPilot has 3 reviews but this one seems to be legit, based on the number of reviews this guy has written.

Is their minimum withdraw threshold really that astronomical?

The minimum withdrawal is too much, and of course if you are able to read their ToS you can avoid this site as early as possible and since OP is attempting to withdraw $25 which is below the minimum, maybe this is the reason why the payout is delayed. Thanks for the heads up OP, I might look for more details about this site, though the minimum withdrawal is really disappointing for me, let's see how they'll handle this case keep us posted.

By the way what is the minimum withdrawal limit on this site ?

If the OP did not meet the minimum withdrawal, why did the site put the withdrawal in processing and not paid him? He should have been given a pop up message that the withdrawal cannot be initiated because it does not meet the minimum requirements.  Also, he was able to withdraw 20$ before but denied the 25$.   Huh

Another scenario  yet again that emphasizes the importance of reading ToS for us players and spectators. If this was checked upon before even playing then OP, and every player, will know that this casino does not meet their preferences and thus such situation could be avoided. Although, I would second that the minimum withdrawal is not really enticing, and could cause players to avoid the casino in the end. Indeed, let us hope that the team would pay attention to this.

most of the time they are attracted for some sort of bonus or rewards. as this site has no thread in the forum, high chance that his case will not be resolved. also, this should be in the scam accusations board so he can warn other users also. for most gamblers in the forum, they know where to get the info they need before they spend money to the casino. and actually, this is the main board for gamblers here.
if the offer is too-good-to-be-true, doubt their intentions.

My two reasons why I would not sign up to a casino, casino do not have a thread here so no way to report or a chance for them to answer my allegations, second you are right in your opinion if the offer is too good to be true doubt their intentions, the only time they can offer big bonus is when they are launching and it should be very limited time or they are in their anniversary week and also in a limited time, any more than that it's not good.

The question comes to my mind is, did you make deposit(s) in this unknown casino or the balance you want to withdraw came from something like free coins (faucet, bonus, rain, etc)? I read some reviews and find that the casino gives you free 1USDT for email verification, is that true? If it is true, did you get extra bonus for every referral you get?

Why play in a casino that has no reputation at all? Never heard of luckybird. Did you google and look for reviews about their casino? I doubt you did. If you knew that most people in the chat were randomly generated bots, then why did you keep on playing? That was a huge red flag. They probably does that to show people that they have active users. If they delayed your payout for over two months, I doubt you will ever receive your payout. Make a proper scam accusation at the scam accusation board. And make sure you choose a casino from here that has been around for years and has no issue.

I see based on his post that he got 33 verified new players to play on this casino, this is hard for those you've recruited if they are not paying anymore, I have account on a number of casinos but when it comes to recommending them I made sure they are not a new site, they have established their reputation and they have a thread here so we'll know what's the status of their casino, you have a moral obligation to promote good and paying casino.

I didn't do much promoting to be honest, I just put few ref links out there with their originial singup 1usd bonus promo and it seems ppl were interested.
Was just a trial project to me, in total I have 50+ referrals there. Never did start actual promoting of the site, because no owner replys, in fact no replys at all lol.
In general was a good learning experience. But, lets say this - They saw I was doing some sort of campaign - they paid me out the first withdraw so I could have proof of pay to forward my refs right? So they would deposit and feel safe. Classic PONZI.

Never knew that this kind if scammers still exists? I was sure of it that people have already learned what to do and that they already know how to spot this shady activity because this isn't a scheme too advance that you're going to need a trained eye to spot it. Hope that they would pay them back but given that they're already branded, I don't think that they will even care about it.

damn Withdrawal fee , how does players did not check this before even depositing and playing?  this means if you are a small roller you'll never take back your funds unless you made a lucky bets and will win more than that minimum withdrawal amount  Grin

There are players that try to withdraw from their free money to see the red flag while some might only find out later on probably due to some deposit bonuses imposed that they decide to take on.

Will never play in such site because there are many gambling site that has low fees and without issues in withdrawal .

Exactly. I believe there's another casino discussed somewhere on this subforum that imposes the exact thing.
Withdrawal fees are one of the problems that I will pay attention to before playing and depositing at a gambling site and gambling sites that charge high withdrawal fees I will leave. now many crypto gambling sites that charge a small fee like betfury for example. then it's better not to play on this luckybird site.
this is the main reason why we need to explore more tha gambling site before considering depositing and playing because more that anything else it is written inside the site all the details we need to know(but of course this is about legit site not those scammer that will surely hide everything)

and also there are so many ways to verify sites first, you can simply check google and there are surely answers, and also ask this forum because for sure there is always good people to help you check and sort the legitimacy of each site.

Well, $25 might not sound like a lot of money to you.. but remember what happens if they get 10 new signups per day (10 x $25 = $250) and they can get away with this for 6 months. (People might even deposit a lot more...)

The long con scam like this has gone around for ages... people should not make a big second deposit at new casinos for this exact scenario. Keep them guessing and see if you can keep the deposits small. (They might wait 4 or 5 times.. until you deposit something big)  Roll Eyes
...
You have a point we should stop the casino will not scam for a small amount belief, because they will, you just multiply the small amount from their number of users and you can total a huge amount, small or big amount as long as the complaint or accusation is valid we should consider tagging the casino, a reputable casino is good on a small or huge amount.
...
The amount involved does not matter even if it's a $ cent scam is a scam if these users have any evidence that truly shows his deposits and showing the game was drawn which should normally result in refunds of the bet amount. But if the ops earn the fund through a referral bonus that is the only way the casino will have some condition against its withdrawal.
And from what I have seen so far it seems the funds are from a bonus and if that is the case the user may not be able to withdraw it since the casino may have some law against it.
Negative reviews and accusations against any platforms spread like wild fire so it just doesn't make sense to me that a casino would set up everything and screw them over on their SECOND withdrawal that's just worth $25.

Their lack of response to the complainant is shady nevertheless.

it seems to me that they don't thread you here on the forum, but anyway, post it in the section of the link I gave you and don't forget to post all proof
I recommend this as well, if a member of this forum is scammed by a casino and they have evidence then they need to post in the scam accusations section of the forum so other forum members do not lose money in a scam casino, and even if that casino does not have a thread here they will soon see their reputation going down all over the Internet as this forum still holds a lot of influence in the market of cryptocurrencies.

Reading what OP described, withdrawal fees might be the smallest of a problem. If all of what the OP accuses luckbird.io is true, it means that the owners of the casino are not very honest about this business. I hope that the person representing this casino on Bitcointalk will answer these allegations and the case will be clarified. $25 dollars really is very little, but it can damage users opinion.

Fair thread to warn people but can you elaborate if where the funds came from since if that came from bonus which is mostly what casino offer to their players then you need to meet certain condition to withdraw the amount given, but if that funds came from your pocket then this is good warning to people but unfortunately you cannot find any help here and the best option you can do is to message them frequently as other suggested.

My affiliate eraning on that site is only 4.66$ USDT. Most refs just found the site alarming and had no interest in depositing.
These are all winnings - the 25$ withdraw, basically ran up from 0.60$ buy in games. They offer you to win up to 0.05$ (as in bonus currency) when playing practice games on their "coin" currency. Bonus money on their site is used to play real money games, once won it transfers to USDT.
Their moto some where on the sites first look says/said play games for free - earn real money.
They did offer 5USDT for reffing 30 players.
They did offer 1BONUSUSDT for signing up and verifying email as in bonus money.

Still when taking all the above mentioned into consideration, and 0 replies from costumer support, then there should be a huge warning.
There is no min max cashout mentioned anywhere on site. Lots of basic copy-paste T&C.

Feel free to move this thread to "accusations sector" if needed, thanks!

Hi, all!

Here to warn you about a site called luckybird.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that the online number of the site is fake.
Most "people" on chat are randomly generated bots.
They will pay out your first withdraw, but will deny all others in hopes of luring more cash from you.

Games resulting in a DRAW do not refund any balance, the house just takes everything from both sides. Doesn't matter if you are playing against a bot or a real user.

Proof of scam:

Also I have sent 5+ messages to their support email, 0 answers, nothing nada.

Same here, I got a notification error after clicking the recaptcha "Request failed with status code 502", is it the one you get or did you get something different? Frankly, I have never heard about this site before but it reminds me of luckyfish.io that closed few moths back and said that they will relaunch back within 2-3 months. Is it possible that this luckybird is the new site of luckyfish?

Correct, I faced the 502 error as well.

I did suspect Luckybird to be somewhat related to Luckyfish due to similarities in the UI when I posted on an accusation thread sometime back, but no one seemed to express interest on confirming it.

I happened to stumble across a very similar looking site, same owner by any chance?

$25 doesn't look like a lot for any casino to ruin their reputation and it's almost the same from your previous withdrawal. How much did you deposit?

You should probably stay away from casinos with "lucky" in their name. There was another one with a different case and it's still unresolved.

Are we really going to trust that TrustPilot reviews? Anything that can be written by someone can be manipulated by a paid reviewer.

We take them with a pinch of salt; I'm aware that they could be bought but some can be legit, and the one we saw has over 100 reviews, compared to those shilled accounts with 1 - 2 reviews.

But the website doesn't allow you to check thier TOS without having an account, this is unknown. Most if not all referral systems have the threshold on how much they're able to withdraw, maybe this is the case too.
Are you sure about this? I just have checked and I can see the terms of service when I tried to register. When did you try? Did they change it recently after watching your comment here lol? very much possible indeed lol. You can check it out now.

Yep this is suspicious, the casino forcing anyone to sign up first and not let the player checking the rules etc. The casinos has a good traffic, now around 300+ player were online and the chat box very active. I don't know why they're so active, it seems like this casino offer such free money or bonus for that.

Fake online counter + bots in chat mainly, try to tag someone and talk to them. Try to send some rain, ull see it will be unclaimed and u can try saying in chat smthing like "Hey, first one to tag me gets 10$" , instantly proves that these are bots.

I'm not sure, but my guess is that the money you want to withdraw may come from referrals bonuses. If this is the case, then check that when the money is from the bonuses, you do not have to meet any additional conditions to make a withdrawal.

He said he wasn't refunded after a game draw. But he is also guaranteeing the casino of his referral, he must have invested some time to promote the casino, and now gruntled because the withdrawal wasn't approved. He is an experienced promoter I guess. But the website doesn't allow you to check thier TOS without having an account, this is unknown. Two casinos with lucky on their domain name there's a possibility that they are sister company and they are ruining the word lucky in gambling, names don't attract me in casinos I prefer going with good user's experience and feedback.
OP should bring this in the scam section to warn others there is nothing to refer to on this forum because they do not have an official announcement here but it should be posted for future reference.
