The lottery takes place continuously, every few minutes. The chat-lottery bot will be active as soon as two persons at least are active on the chat!
The bot will choose somebody randomly. If you're the winner, you just give your bitcoin address and receive a random amount of coin for free immediately! Up to you afterwards to multiply them
