This has nothing to do with the contest but I can't see any bets made by other players in "all bets" tab. Or in "high stakes"
High stakes only shows bets (<0.05BTC) made during your active session. The all bets tab should work fine.

You receive 1 ticket for every bet that is bigger than 100bits.
We will give the funds for both contest to a well known escrow and let him draw the lottery winners through a provably fair method.
