You might have used a common password like 1234 or something. You should try contacting the admin of the website to check the IP Addresses that used your account.

Have you actually tried contacting the website and see what they say?  Don't just try once and be "impatient".  A lot of these sites are run by very few people and probably have a job on the side as well.  Be persistent and find out what happened before making any claims.  I hope you get your money back but until you have tried over and over to contact their support, don't make harsh and rash decisions.

I believe there are tons of similar case like this out there, what I can suggest you should have some extra protection for your id like 2FA. This is a must when you are trying to play on every site nowadays. You just lose some few satoshi, last time I even lost 0.04 btc suddenly. May be you can try to learn this. Anyway luckygames have issue on their site but I do not think they fix it yet so may be they will take really long time to reply your email then

What issue you are talking about? Is that about their past 'cheating' behavior against their player?
Indeed he only lost smaller than what you have lost but the amount for every single person might worth differently. For you it might be just small amount but not for him.
Lastly, actually it is not really needed to create a new account just for simple thing like this because luckygames has their own ANN thread. It should be there and he might get faster answer from the admin.

Also, that website creates a temp account when you visit it.
This opens website for vulnerability of "Session Hijacking".

So, if you did not make a permanent account, this possibly happened.

the most likely scenario is that you have used a very easy to guess/crack password
or same password on several different sites
there were many incidents like that across almost every dice site,it doesn't mean that the site was hacked
it is your security that is lacking,I would start with checking your PC for malware
you could have a trojan horse on your PC and it is infected
do not click any suspicious links or open sites of dubious nature, keep your system updated and run a good antivirus
oh and support won't give you much but the btc address of the hacker and his IP,will you be able to trace him or do something with the info?
