If you have already contacted the support, then you need to just wait now.
Luckygames has closed the site more than past 6 months, but it’s impressive that they still providing support to their customers.
It may take time OP, to get a reply back, but i think they will surely reply.
Moreover if also possible try to contact them on their Twitter handle.
And also next time be sure about your withdrawal address in other site’s too.
Hope you get your funds back soon.

Looks Like another gambling Site that has a "LUCKY" name/domain is closing ? months after this Luckygames.io closure now it is Luckyb.it is closing also.

I just found this post on the other thread

Just discovered through my Email that you guys are closing down.
I received the Email yesterday 19th January 2021.

Dear Players,

as we announced today on our site, we have made a very hard decision to close LuckyBit at the end of this month.

We want to ensure you, that the bitcoins you have in your LuckyBit wallet are safe and you can withdraw them till the end of January 2021. If you miss this period, do not hesitate to get in touch with us over this email: [email protected].

Starting today Jan 19th, 2021 all planned Events will be cancelled. All the future Events we had planned for the rest of this week are also cancelled. Players who earned money in the current Rakeback Event will be paid out within 24 hours of the event ending. The current Rakeback Event ends at 23:59 UTC tonight. Welcome bonuses will be cancelled. No more deposits will be accepted from this point on, and players will have until Jan 31st, 2021 to withdraw all their funds from the site.

We apologize to everyone for the inconvenience, but we have decided it was in our best interest to move on from this project. Thank you to all whom have been loyal players for the site and good luck in your future gambling endeavors.

Best regards,
LuckyBit Team

It Looks like the teams are not Lucky at all  Grin

They site seems to be still active though their Noticed happened half year ago and even that they have Bad reputation yet
they have been generous to let their Players withdraw the funds and this means they are still wanted to enter the business if they are already existing
having new site/domain then we have no proof for now.

and actually this was not their mistakes so in any case even if they won't reply on you still
they are not in bad action here , But lets Hope that they will give you way in taking back your fund as you have mentioned sending ticket to their support
You should mentioned how long has been this issue , or this happens just yesterday? if does then give them enough time to respond
But mind you that your chance is close to not much.

The domain is accessible and has the notice of the site closing soon. Also, there is notice about the withdrawal. If the deposits were in the luckygames wallet then nothing to worry. You can start the withdrawal process. From your statement it looks like the balance has got moved to some other wallet. If so, then the support team only can rectify the issue.

Just reach out to them on all support platforms available. No one on the forum can help you here.

It's going to be tough though. The fact that the funds have moved is a positive sign that Luckygames still retains control over the wallet seeds, but they obviously doesn't have the most legit reputation out in the forum - they could use their closure as an excuse to not recover customer funds.

Good luck with this, keep us updated. I also wonder what % of balances have been reimbursed so far.

Not at all you have to take it for the bad, you have to rescue that they are allowing you to withdraw the funds, and this defends them a lot, there have been sites where they go with the money no matter what.

Yes, the owner was already accused for scamming but still he has not run away with people money and is here to settle them their withdrawals. The only concern is that whether people have really been getting their deposits back. If anyone here on bitcointalk who have his money refunded can tell us about it.

So how about changing rules to avoid paying winning by user? It means that he is doing selective scam, he did not pay out big win but he let smaller withdrawal.
Not paying almost 8BTC by accusing user violating the rules but nothing is violated, it is the same as running away with people money as luckygames did not pay that affected user.
Lucky those who still able to withdraw although I believe that the amount is not big.

Before it closed I did a withdrawal from luckygames.io that went through without any problem (this was in May 2020). I did that when I read the various scam accusations posted here on bitcointalk. I agree with OP, the guy showed some integrity at last.

Thanks for the information passed through because not every site actually will advice participants to cash out their money's when their is a revolution occurrence via their system because many people might feel reluctant to cash out money assuming the information wouldn't have passed to the participants or users who partakes via the websites.

This thread was created in June, 2020 but still now https://luckygames.io/ is still operating and running ?

So is it not safe to deposit funds at luckygames and play ?

It's not running, yes it's still open for users who have some funds remained in their balance in the site.
As mentioned by the site owner in the OP image, that the site will be stopped fully, but they will still open it in case any user has forgotten to withdraw his remaining balance.
Moreover you can easily conclude that the site is closed, as if you hover on to the all bets section in the section in the site then there are any bets shown. Moreover the chatbox Is too missing, neither we can do deposits as well.
Hope this helps you man.
'

Isn't it strange that even after five month of announcement, some people might have funds staying at the site and they don't bother to withdraw.
Its time that they should close the site as five months are enough for anyone to withdraw their balances.
I also hope that deposit option on the site is also disabled so that anyone may not deposit accidentally.

It's really a good thing that this site is being too considerate with their users. I guess those people who haven't withdrawn their funds yet aren't aware of the current status of the site. I'm grateful that I was able to withdraw my few funds two weeks after their announcement.
I agree that they should disable the deposit option because there are still users who have no idea about the closure of their site.

How can i verify the hashed/unhashed server seeds for Bitsler, Stake, Primedice and WolfBet?

Stake and other casinos have a button called “Fairness” or “Provably Fair” or a similar name that shows you the client seed and server seed for previous games. They’re hashed together with SHA256 to make the hash that’s used to determine the bet. So not a promotional material at all.

Well, let' see.

If i were the casino, i would try to take advantage of the fact that i know the gamblers seed every time the gambler requests a new seed pair.

Just for simplicity, let's say i can generate with the gamblers seed and my server seed 1000 game results in 0.001 sec.
And let's assume on average gamblers are rotating their seeds every 1000 games and the server respond time for requesting a new seed pair should be no more than 1 sec to avoid irritations.

So then that means i as a casino can simply try some simple brute force tactics in running 1000 of my server seeds against the gamblers seed and simply pick the most favourably one based on the betting history of the gambler.

You have to understand why the server seed is hashed and the gamblers seed is not. And why this puts the gambler in a clear disadvange.

And think about why it is very important to know how the hash of the server seed is generated.

How to fix it? Well, if a casino would allow the gambler to change the client seed against a newly generated server seed (as long as the so called 'nonce' is null, so no game is played with the new seed pair) then the casino would no longer able to 'brute force' the gamblers client seed). Yolodice allows to 'patch' the client seed as long as the 'nonce' is null.

Does this make sense or do i missing something?

Provably those people who still have balances have a multiple accounts on various casino's here and they forgot to check on what happen to the site that's why they didn't  withdraw their funds yet. But I wonder if deposit button is working since if yes then best to close it since to avoid any confusion to the people and might others will think about that this site is doing a selective scamming.

When you load the site, the following notice pop ups.

No one is going to deposit in the site after seeing this popup. So there is no way there are trying to do selective scamming. They have made everything transparent.

it is a promotional tool they all use. i have been an insider in a casino site and i can tell u a site can still scam u. yes u can verify your bets but it doesnt stop them from rigging u. just play with your brains intact. there is a reason why u bet little and win easily but once u go big the reds pop up irrespective of your payout . i dont want to go into this now. just play with caution

I noticed this kind of activity also. Maybe its really happening. When betting not much and you'll notice youre winning.  Its like they are setting up the mind of the person to wanting more. We cannot deny the fact that scams happens on gambling, but I still believe that there are site that we can still trust and verify the fairness.

Maybe that has happened and happening with gambling sites. Upon this we can't state every gambling site to be using the provably fair feature as a promotional tool. Somehow there arises some controversy between the users on the same, because there is difference between a normal user and a technically knowledged person in verifying the provably fair operation of the site.

thanks for this information
I do a bump and I highlight it so that people can read it

in fact it would take a special section in this forum to make these important reports
in order to give visibility to these situations and allow more people to withdraw their money

thanks
I agree, having it's own board or sub-board for this kind of matter in order for it's visibility remain seen. If it's in other board, sooner or later it will be buried by other threads and those who didn't know about a site that is closing might not have a chance to withdraw his/her crypto from the site.

Why creating another boards while we already have a gambling discussion where users can open a topic the same like this and to warn members of community? Although there's a chances that topic will be buried but for sure once people got an interest of the situation or many will get affected for sure it will be bump by them.

Am honestly surprised to see Luckygames actually warn players in advance instead of scamming them of their money considering their shady history which has been talked about a lot in this forum.

The rise in new crypto casinos probably forced them to make this call though they probably were on the brink due to their past mistakes.

Or are there other shady things going on because on most sites you are unable to verify that the revealed server seed matches the hashed server seed?
Which sites are you hinting at? Most popular sites provide provable fair tools which always help verify that both seeds match.

The only site which i know of how to verify the hashed server seed against the unhashed server seed is yolodice, see https://rgbkey.github.io/yolodice-verifier/#/. They simply use SHA256 on a 256 length string, as stated here: https://yolodice.com/#faq.

So for example you can verify that the hashed server seed

How is the "provably fair" only a promotional tool?

Are the casinos taking advantage of the fact that the client seed is known before a new server seed is generated?

Or are there other shady things going on because on most sites you are unable to verify that the revealed server seed matches the hashed server seed?

Because then a casino can basically change the unrevealed server seed, right?

Wasn't aware of exactly how this happened or how he was found out but I suspect it was actually this "provably fair" thing that helped catch him since I really can't think of any other way anyone can prove a casino cheats.

This is also how they found out you could be exploited by 999dice in a certain way (but did not prove them as cheats) but I know many times the algorithm helps people find bugs and exploits.

Remember though not all casinos that "brag" about it actually do have it.

I found one good thing about them is that in advance luckgames.io has given notice they plan to shut and have asked people to start withdrawing rather than just closing abruptly and scamming people’s money and running away. Another thing hopefully all the people who had withdrawn or will be withdrawing will get their money without any issues or facing any other problems.
well I think they have good intentions and are very good because if they suddenly close their gambling places many people will be shocked and there will be many people who consider scam, at least luckygames.io can make more and more aggressive announcements so that many people will know that will close.

The feedback will be depend on the players if the players have good experience playing they will give a good feedback for playing in that platform.

Other is just giving a baseless accusations  which we know the reason why, because they lost a big amount playing in that  website and they think its not really probably fair that's why they lost.

We will know now if they really plan to scam plauer if they don't give back all the funds of the users before they close the website.

In the worst case, the small balance holders will pay the high withdrawal fee for BTC transactions. I believe the administration will sort out the things quickly for high amounts but it doesn't worth to waste time for balances less than 0.001BTC, IMHO. Better stay away from stressful process and move on. Just my 2 cents.
At least they are showing off some attention in small balances and also to those users who do have small balances can convert it out via LTC or Doge then they can transfer it into their own wallets.

If the amount isnt really that big enough then i agree that it isnt really worth for the hassle for you to mind of but i do appreciate that they are trying to release everything before they

do completely shut.
Yeah, the attitude from the luckygames side is great but the additional rules makes the process slower for users to complete their withdrawals. Users have to be careful with the same people before sending their hard-earned money.
Before sending everyone's funds, they should explain the reasons clearly for cutting the rumors/gossip. I also appreciate their hassle to give back all deposits but compensating the other cryptocurrencies have to be considered for the sake of full honesty towards customers.
You got the point and totally agree on what you have said here!

You know that even the most popular websites do have issues but been resolved out.If a site been called a scam then its for sure that it do had  unresolved issues because people wont
continually make out some claims if its been fixed nor arranged. If not then it will surely create the negativity around which is bad for their reputation because this will mold up
negative impression.

- You will be able to exchange your assets into Bitcoin, Dogecoin or Litecoin only
- We will reduce the minimum exchange amounts to exchange small balances
- Online support will no longer be available, all requests should be sent to [email protected]
- Luckygames forum will be offline

This is coming from their forum... you can check here: https://forum.luckygames.io/d/7087-luckygames-is-going-to-be-closed/309

Apart from all allegations against the operator, I am curious if the end will really happen as described from him.
And above all, will players receive all her money back, which is stored in the accounts?

Why he finally made this decision, we will probably never really know...

Bitdice is scam scam scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
At least he gave a chance everyone to withdraw the funds and this is "perfect" example of how to run the business before shutting down it. Maybe they have cheated enough people and the target has been met, IMHO. Surely they will not come back soon with the destroyed reputation on crypto gambling industry.

But there is still a chance that they will come back with different site, who knows?
I also remember that there is a site named wixiplay.io that rewarding all ex lukcygames players with the same level as we can read on this thread
I'm not really sure what is the reason behind this act, but I feel that there is something like relationship between wixiplay and luckygames.
Of course it is just my opinion, I have no solid proofs that they are related to each other.

In some cases, the old brands come back under new domain but the quality stays the same. Unfortunately this is true for scam or shady gambling platforms too. That is why before jumping to sweat welcome deals, making a good research is necessary.

Yes. I even found a site where it is now bought by another person but it is not the same at all. I don't really know that the previous owner really lose the fund because of fire accident. Meanwhile after announcing the accident the site shutting down the owner did not let the players withdraw any funds unlike the owner of luckygames which their players should be thankful that withdrawal is operational before finally closing the site.
The honesty will return to the owner as a positive note in the future if the CEO decides to re-test his luck in the same industry.

Wixiplay tried to attract Luckygames players to their scam platform they selective process withdrawals and do not have working provably fair system.

Even if you are a multi-talented person from front-end to back-end side then this is really a big work and from marketing alone then thats already a lot of stuff to work on.
Each division would really need up a personnel which do only focus into that field. Running a business wont really be ideal when you are just alone specially
in a gambling business that there are lots of things to do.We dont know if this is the reason or just simply they do aim for another career or this business isnt
profitable anymore for them.

that's right, I agree with you on everything
not only that, in case you get sick or go on vacation who manages your things for you? none if you are alone
unfortunately this kind of projects must be managed together with another person

the problem is finding reliable people

The owner got caught cheating players a while ago and was run off the forum, but it seems he has some integrity after all.

What about all that "provably fair" thing every online casino is bragging about? Does it count for anything anymore or is it just a "promotional tool" they all use?

here there is the scam accusation. where you have seen cheating of 74k USD withdrawal?
however if admin work alone in a challenging product like this, definitely best solution is close activity. it's very hard work alone and follow a website like this.

yes - working alone is impossible, you have to look at too many things.
- IT technical side
- administrative side
- customer support side
- creative side
- marketing side
- and so on!

for run a service like this, need a team.. alone is a suicide.. u cant run

before i  saw one user asking if running a gambling site alone is possible because he said he have many talents .  he continue he could be ended up like this now

luckygames io is not a small gambling site and its impossible for 1 person to operate it . i dont believe it , they could be lying and only wants to use this reason to leave . thanks for this warning  , hope existing gambling for this site can read this and withdrew thier funds asap  . and lets hope that closure like this wont happen to other gambling sites.

Yes, they didn't just disappear as expected.
It is second month of closing down process, now only withdrawals and exchange are working. He said in post even after that there will be chance to withdraw remaining funds.
Support seems to be still on the site.
I honestly liked the platform they had and the games they provided I played long time back some game like magnetic balls or something it was so cool and unique in it's own way. I am really disgusted first they cheated a player and tried to hide it by saying that they found a player cheating so we counter cheated him. It is really disheartening to see such a nice and prolific casino having so many issues but at least having the integrity to allow users o withdraw the funds.

I wish they had sorted their problems and started fresh somehow, not sure why they just never went big or got the required attention, let alone the mistake they made but even before that they had trouble getting gamblers.

I am not aware of the hacking incident but it looks very unfortunate for the Casino to have built a forum with a good amount of post and active people in there but will soon be gone.

I can see the owner had been cheating to prevent 74k USD withdrawal. Quite an amount to lose in the pandemic times, I guess one of the reasons why the casino is closing. He must have lost players after the incident. Good thing he sends out advance notice.

It would have been a disaster if he didn't allow anyone to withdraw. If he just has the intension to do it he probably wouldn't and just close the casino in an instant and walk away with everyone's coin.

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
~snip~

In any normal casino, a player that finds a loophole with a game is typically allowed to keep the winnings. So long as they're playing within the parameters of the game and not using any disallowed equipment.

~snip

Where is that allowed? When player finds bug on website and tries to get as much money as possible from it, then he/she gets banned because that's unethical and in this case, it's included in policy and rules that gambler has to inform casino about that and he/she will get reward from this, otherwise - there is higher chance casino will catch such persons and ban them, so, they'll be left without money. It was easier to benefit yourself via bugs in past but right now, situation has changed.

At the same time I want to mention that sometimes people make "kind" things for again themselves too. I don't directly mean owner of luckygames but there is possibility he avoided scam because he had some traces online and it wouldn't be good to scam and risk that much, so...

Btw why don't they sell luckygames? Wouldn't it even be more beneficial for them?

It always nice to see some sites have some humanity left inside of them.

Yes he could have just bailed and took the coins of players with him and disappeared...

He decided to give everyone a chance to withdraw their balance and leave on a good note.

Well played Owner!
The owner did give everyone a chance to withdraw which is good and value his players unlike the one you mentioned about taking the coins with him and disappear in thin air but the owner choose to let the players withdraw their funds even though it's kind of sad for the owner and some people that the site is going to be closed/shutdown. Luckygames gamblers should withdraw now before the site is closed.
I do really appreciate when it comes to sincerity and honesty even though they do fail down but they havent consider or put up into their minds on scamming or running out the rest of the funds from to its users.
This is how life goes when you do fail just because of some circumstances on where you can able to stand up then closing the doors would be the next step specially if funds is heavily affected.
Same as you guys on where i do appreciate the owners course of action on giving out the chance on letting its users able to withdraw the remaining funds.

I can see Mark's side of the story, and I can understand the reason for all the hate he got.

Realistically, he should have just pulled the game the moment he found out there was an exploit that gave the player a massive advantage over the house.

In any normal casino, a player that finds a loophole with a game is typically allowed to keep the winnings. So long as they're playing within the parameters of the game and not using any disallowed equipment.

I don't think there's any reason to shut down the casino though. So long as he just makes it extremely transparent and clear how each sessions runs, so there's no risk of it being altered manually like before.

There is a reason why most places offer a bug bounty when they launch a new game, and start off with low limits.

Given some of the bad press this site got, I have to commend Mark on how he's shutting down.  Plenty of notice and none of he "hacked" aka "run away with the coins" that so many other sites have pulled.

I logged on yesterday no problem, used the exchange feature and got all significant balances out without any delays or issues.

I'll miss luckygames because of the huge array of coins supported and their built in exchange feature was remarkable.

Rest in Peace Luckygames!
