I'm not really sure if it can be called as plagiarism as they are using the same script, some other sites are using the same script so it will be confusing which one is plagiarizing if we call it as plagiarism. Looking at the number of sold script (175) means that there are 175 sites using the same all information (FAQ, Privacy Policy, Provably Fair, etc).
I'm not trying to defend this site, just saying it in general about your concern on the plagiarism.

To be fair website looks very unprofessional, design has to attract people, not opposite which your website does (sorry but that's my opinion, hope at least mine). I can tell that the website is poorly designed but it is a good one if they can fix it to look more appealing than the other casino online. I think they always give some space for improvement but this time the space was just too much.
