Hi alance, please have some patience, you can certainly withdraw your funds and be done with it but I doubt you'll find faster or more personalized support elsewhere. As you mentioned, if you understand how KYC works, you would know it's not instant, especially for sums above $10000. Compliance procedures don't go faster because you are frustrated or need to trade.

Support team is already aware of your issue and is in direct communication with you, please try to keep communication under one channel.

Just like many other cryptocurrency involved services, Lykke is also under of high traffic. According to their blog post, Their userbase increased by 40% this December so it's also possible that it's still counting [Quoting the 40% below].

Along with 40% growth of Lykke user base in December, scalability challenges have arisen

Furthermore by reading the same article, It seems like they recently switched to semi decentralized to centralized which indicates that more users will be verifying their accounts.
In short, It can take a while.

For your ease of mind, You can send a PM to their staff here (He's pretty active +1) : mtnsaa

Thanks. I had PM mtnsaa yesterday at reddit.

It's been 3 days. My account is still locked and I don't get any email for status updates. The BTC price 3 days ago was 10000USD and 12500USD now. However, they locked my 45000USD. I lost the buying opportunities these days.

I realize the KYC procedure is regulated and necessary. There are better ways to do this but locking the account instead. They should let me know the deposit limit in advance and I won't deposit more. Or they can keep going on the long KYC procedure for the fund over the limit and let me still trade with my previous fund at the same time. They should not just lock my account for days.

Finally I got the reply after 4 days. They requests me to withdraw the fund which over the limit then will unlock my account. However, my account is still locked and I cannot do the withdraw. I’m exhausted and just want to take back all my fund. Just expect to wait another long time to get the reply.

Hi

I used Lykke to buy coins several times and like their APP. However, my account was locked two days ago. They sent the mail to notify me I deposited more than the limit which they didn't mention in advance. After I provided the information about the deposit fund, still don't know how long the KYC procedure takes. Now I cannot do anything and just miss the timing to buy coins. Feel very bad about this.
