It is always advised and warned to stay away from trading with newbies, and even if you do, then always use an escrow, and never trade with paypal, as that can always be charged back and has a big risk to it.
This. If you have to say that someone is a newbie in your thread title then it should be assumed that the person is going to be a scammer or at least someone that is trying to scam you.

It takes very little to try to make an account so someone stands to lose very little if they are tagged as a scammer with a brand new account

i think the only safe way would of been escrow w. bitcoin. And the coins are held until you got the approval of the buyer and not get this whole chargeback nonsense.

as for the scammer, they could easily buy more..

Hahaha monopoly?? I am sorry but do you think i will sell accounts to you anymore? Ya right who the hell would want to deal with a scammer like yourself. I will not deal with you again and i will not sell accounts to you anymore. I would rather deal with legit buyers who pay using BTCs.

Please don't nonsense, don’t slander my reputation, I am a sincere buyer, if you have been cheated, take out your evidence and use your seller's number to speak (do not use less creditworthy), don't you in fear of what? We are all waiting to see.If you can not get even the most basic three, excuse me,
Please take out the evidence to let everybody see who is cheater.

If you continue to slander me, and you don’t take out the evidence, I will Sue you, I will report to the police check your ID, you wait for summons.

You are one double faced scammer. How could you claim that you do not know me? I am not here to argue because I am sure that i won't receive my money back from you. And i have nothing to worry since i emailed  Microsoft to ban all the MSDN accounts that you bought from me. If you are in btctalk you better deal in BTCs. I learned my lesson the hard way. This thread will be a warning to all others who might deal with you in the future. By the way your last sentence threatening to sue me is the funniest thing i have ever seen.

To all the sellers: Do not accept paypal from this guy. Deal with him only using BTCs.

The forum does not ban people for scamming.

Do you have any PM's that you could show the community to show that he actually purchased the accounts from you?

Also why would you accept paypal?

So LZJK01 wanted to buy MSDN admin accounts and i sold him 3 accounts. I accepted paypal and he chargedback the amount without giving any reason whatsoever. This user must be banned from this forum. Here is his thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9519263
