Friends , I already removed the  faucet script from the site. Planning to use  default faucetbox script as I dont want to lose my faucet users. Thanks a lot for helping me.
May i ask you what script you were using that caused all these popup issues? If you have any link, i'd be delighted.

Buddy, thanks for helping me. Actually the admin of my faucet script,Avalon,  solved my pop up issues. And actually I dont remember what popup I was using. Because I was trying many different popup adnetworks .

PM me your site, and i'll help you remove it, it can't be that hard. Theres something in your code wrong probably, or something which calls the popup.

yeah its a code. But not able to remove. When i place cursor on the code , it creates another popup. Thats the problem.

Either find your template in your control panel and search for "pop" ".js" "open" and scroll through the code to see if you see anything suspicious, if not, you're better off reuploading the template, and restore your config file with rewards etcetera, depending on the script your using.

If your trying to get the source code on your website using element inspect, use popupblocker+ or torbrowser to prevent popups.

simply open html / php file in some text editor (notepad is good enough) and remove the script line that causes the problem and upload the modified file to your webserver
