I didn't know about this site m88.com before, I got to know this site because of you creating this thread. Gamblers are actually so lazy that they don't want to spend a little time researching a particular casino to see if that casino is really worth gambling on. It is now a matter of whether you will get a solution to this complaint or not, if your withdrawal is stuck then they have full control of your funds, and this is why it is important to check the reputation of the casino before joining.

reading the complaints on trustpilot FatFork shared and a thread I found on Reddit, it sounds like it is not new to them to accuse their gambler of cheating and quickly confiscate all the money on the gambler's account. sorry that you had to experience this but I am curious, how did you stumble on this casino? this is the first time I have heard of it.

It's good that OP shared his experience here in Bitcointalk besides Trustpilot and Reddit discussion we now have another source of information about the status of m88, so anyone who does research can find this discussion here, there are a lot of unknown casinos that we are not aware of and funny thing is there are so many casinos that are not aware of the existence of the gambling section of Bitcointalk these are small and medium level casinos.

I know it's too late to be smart now, but why did you choose this casino for your bets in the first place?  It's always recommended to research an online casino before depositing money and playing. Did you know there are independent review sites that assess things like this?

There are a few things I notice about people in regards to casino choice now. A lot of people who have had issues with withdrawal, void games, bonus subtraction, account disabled, and a lot more are people who might have either come across those casinos through friends, ads, or even random search engines. The laziness of researching a particular casino before using it is increasing day by day.

I think I might have seen this m88 somewhere, but I don't think it was here in this forum. I have searched it here and could not find any of the ANN or existing scam accusations.

@Op, This has been a terrible experience, but the truth is, based on the report and negative feedback from the links provided by FatFork, your case is not the first, nor will it be the last. They don't appear to be the type of person who is concerned with solving outstanding issues.

Is this mansion88? I think that I've seen them somewhere sponsored some players and teams. I've only heard them through sponsorships but that doesn't mean that they're trustworthy. How did you ended up with this casino? So, analyzing your situation means that you've bet 40 euros and managed to grow it to 209 and they've detected that it's sort of odd to them on how you've won it and probably abused them. They are returning to you 40 euros but forfeited the entire 209 balance that you have. There is nothing we can help if they've decided to do that, next time, gamble on reputable casinos only.

I couldn't find any announcement for the M88 casino here on the forum or their social media accounts. The only contact information available is their email: "[email protected]". The research done by @FatFork and the links to the review platforms strongly indicates that this casino is not trustworthy, as there are a lot of negative reviews. A recent review on CasinoGuru stated that this casino's team is canceling their customers’ bonuses and cashback and claiming violations of the M88 rules. They are manipulating their system and lowering the betting limit so that no one can win except them.

It's really sad to hear about your loss, OP. Once again, do not play at any unknown casino, and do your own research.

Based on the attached screenshot, m88.com casino has determined that you violated their Terms of Use. Specifically, they have voided your bets in accordance with Section 8.3 of their Terms of Service.

That's unfortunate. But without more evidence, it's hard to say who's right. Did you genuinely violate their terms, or is this a questionable move by the casino. Unfortunately, m88 isn't represented on our forum, so getting their side of the story or forcing their hand is pretty much out of the question.

I asked them to tell me what I did wrong. They replied as you can check by emails that they will not disclose anything of their "findings". They did the "investigation" and the money was forfeited in less that 5 minutes after I submitted my withdrawal request. So you do the maths....

I understand you, I'm just saying there's not much we can do.

So, I took a peek at some casino review sites (because, you know, research) and let's just say, this place isn't exactly winning any awards for trustworthiness.

This casino is not recommended!
This operator is NOT recommended by ThePOGG.com. This could be due to a variety of negative behaviours, from refusing to discuss complaints to suspect gambling software or predatory terms and conditions. We would encourage players to consider alternative operators to play with.

Hello guys!

I won 209 euros on m88.com but after asking for a small withdrawal (through etherum) they blocked my account and forfeited all the winnings citing a very vague rule that says that I have used bots or anything like this but refusing to go on specifics. This is a very clear example of a scam Sportsbook. I did nothing wrong. I played mostly on esports and basketball and made very few bets. I just had some luck. Attached the emails with m88.com and the rule in question...
